We loved staying here! Quiet, peaceful country neighborhood where you can take the dog on long walks, but you can still see the hwy in the distance from the front porch. The washing machine is an older model, but it does a great job with everything. With our entire extended stay we had no problem getting a response when we reached out with any concerns .. very peaceful and secluded with trees on all sides making it perfect for staying, and working local. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

The stay was absolutely perfect! The home was even better than expected. The home is beautiful, with high end fixtures. The bathroom is absolutely gorgeous (and huge) with separate claw tub and stone walk in shower, and double sinks. The home has a small game room with a foosball table and games. The bathroom is super stocked with towels, and toiletries in case you forgot something. Millicint was so understanding and responsive. This was such a great stay, I have already shared the listing with others looking for a property in the area.

We all thoroughly enjoyed staying at Pattie’s place for our spring break. Three adults, three kids, and two dogs fit just fine. Beautiful outdoor spaces, clean, updated kitchens and bathrooms, and new appliances made our stay very comfortable. We would stay here again.

We had a nice weekend get away. We have two children under 6 and they had a great time!

This place is amazing. The home its self is so cozy, and the master bed was so comfortable. The location is breathtaking. The water was very low and we were given a heads up before. But we didn’t let it stop us. Fishing was great. We enjoy a family of bald eagles each day and even got greeted every morning by the friendly neighborhood dogs. This place is just what we needed. Already looking to book for 3 more times next year!!! The pool was soo clear even though it was to cold to swim.

Our 2nd time staying at Cotton Patch Cabin and again it meet our expectations. Very peaceful surroundings,clean with all amenities needed. Troy was easy to communicate with and pleasant. We won’t hesitate to book again in the future.

With over 300 feet of private waterfront, this is exactly what we needed to spend a restful January weekend.

Cool place we will be booking again at the same house. We had a blast playing cards that were left there on the table. Very cool.little patio to hang out.on when we were outside. We did turn on the wifi but never watched tv. Too busy hanging out. The one thing that got me was the scorpion that stung me in the living room. LoL. But hey texas and Louisiana thats what they do. Ive got them sometimes too at my farm. But yes well.worth the stay. At that Air B & B. I know there are more in that area. But i.would only recommend Brett place. Thank you.for letting my crew stay.

Very enjoyable with great views of the lake

Brenda greeted us upon arrival and showed us the room which was excellent. It reminded us of rooms in which we stayed when touring Europe--a cozy efficiency flat. It was ideally located for our purposes. Very quiet at night for a good sleep. We enjoyed it.

Natalie was an absolutely amazing host!! We came into town very last minute, yet Natalie was very responsive within minutes, despite the late hour. We got to the house and had no problems whatsoever getting in. The house even had the AC already going for us which I find is rare in Air BNB rentals. The house itself was gorgeous with an amazing deck that opened into a huge fenced in yard right on the water. I would give this rental a 10/10, great for families with kids or animals or even a couple to get away and relax. Everything you need is right there, and Natalie could not have been a better host!! Thank you Natalie, we will be back!!
