It is a village house, in a quiet village. The neighbors and people of the town know each other. The house is large, with its high ceilings on the ground floor, which gives it more coolness in the summer, and a sensation of amplitude. It is a cozy space and neighborhood, close to the center (350 m). It is also 18.9 km from the beach of Sa Ràpita, 28.4 km from Es Trenc, 18.9 km from the airport, and 27.7 km from the center of Palma. It is for a quiet holiday, since neighbors work in the mornings.

Casa uni familiar, independiente, con aire acondicionado, con mucha luz , wifi gratis, lavavajillas, lavadora, smart TV, cocina vistas al mar totalmente equipada. En su terraza, lo más apreciado por los visitantes, podrás tomar el sol en las hamacas, leer contemplando el mar, disfrutar desayunos y comidas , sintiendo la brisa. Un dormitorio cama 160 cm. Segundo dormitorio cama 135 cm, cama individual i/o cuna bebe. Ropa de cama y toallas incluido en el precio, sombrilla de playa.

Esta casa es un proyecto que se inició en el 2005 y se a finalizado en el 2018. Se realizó en varios períodos pero ahora es un proyecto hecho realidad. Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.
