Happy hours from Sunday through Thursday 3PM - 6PM. The steam clam and cioppino dishes are rated 5 stars. They have lobster mac and cheese and shrimp tacos are also good. Fish and chips too. Worth the visit and be warned you may want to spend the day

La Arcada Courtyard is a charming Spanish style shopping Plaza on State Street between Figueroa St and Anapamu St in downtown Santa Barbara. The Plaza is decorated with colorful tiles and has several cast bronze statues and fountains. There are many small specialty shops, restaurants, and a wine shop. The main fountain has a number of large and small turtles in it. This is a great place to stroll, shop and have a leisurely meal or snack. When visiting Santa Barbara this is a must see.
