Famous barbeque.... Go early (before it opens) - you will have to wait in line, but at least you have a chance of getting some... Once they run out, there is no more until the next day. Plan to wait outside...but part of the fun is meeting the people in line around you.

Fun to walk/run, stop by the Congress bridge at sunset to watch the bats, or stop in at the Four Seasons for an outdoor cocktail; Add a kayak trip for a double outdoor adventure (kayaks can be rented down the path from the Four Seasons)
