5 Bussy StNot a Gluten Free Organic Bread, that is for sure... such a commercial now, when they started it was good, now they have become commercial like any other outlet. Always crowdy, unattended... it is a touristic commercial outlet.

If you plan to go to Auroville, first you need to visit outside Matrimandir (meditation globe)? If so, you need to be at Visitor Centre Video Room anytime between morning 8h45 & evening 16h30. After visiting from outside (it will take only 40 min visit), you can Register with proof of identity for "INNER CHAMBER" & they will give you Yellow Token in First Floor, opposite to Video Room. Probably, you will get if you come ASAP by 10h00 & 11h00 & again 14h00 & 15h00.
PS: Ross/Ben(Mr.B) may ask you what is the difference between Concentration & Meditation. You may say, concentration is focusing & Meditation is Relaxation, these are Buddha's words. Try to say this and have fun. LOL.
