The Garden Company is a delicious restaurant located in Rolland Square (previously Rummel Square). The Garden Company uses only quality ingredients for their farm-to-table concept. We suggest starting off with the Crispy Brussel Sprouts or their Baked Brie. The museum is open from Tuesday - Saturday 10 am - 4 pm with daily guided tours of the historic 1914 Burton Farmers Gin from 10 am - 2 pm. The property boasts a nine-acre complex consisting of a Visitor Center and four historical buildings including a 1933 Cobblers Shop, the Burton Auto Garage, the Cotton Warehouse and the 1914 Farmers Cotton Gin.
