I love Cattle Baron because their steaks are superb and they do not ask a corkage fee....not having to drive there is an added bonus!
Their Sunday buffet is a treat and Monday night burgers are half price.

Kikka's coffee is "to die for" and I love the flavors they combine when making food - especially the grilled veggies they make as a side dish.
There are two other KIKKA Coffee shops but this one sells flowers and "nice to have" gifts.

Their food is mouth-watering and well prepared. Although I love their pizzas and enjoy their starters...I always end up ordering their steaks.
It's cozy and the restaurant has spectacular views of the mountains during day time.
This is good for lunch or Dinner.

Craft Beer tasting, Chocolate tasting, barista coffee, pizzeria and ice cream!
This is great for a summers day and there is a lot to entertain your taste buds!

The views from the Language Monument are spectacular: on a beautiful summers day one can see Table Mountain.
The restaurant's menu is a hidden jewel because it is good value for money and makes traditional tasty South African meals.
I've tasted all their mains on their menu and would definitely recommend going there.
Walking on wheelchair - friendly paths and/ or hiking up Paarl Granite Rock is an extra bonus and ease to do - I did it with my flip flops once.

The restaurant's menu is a hidden jewel because it is good value for money and makes traditional tasty South African meals.
I've tasted all their mains on their menu and would definitely recommend going there.

Either way: If it is a sunny day with blue skies - you will see Robben Island and get a good view of Cape Town.
Take note: The red City bus also makes a stop there.

People go there with their dogs, families and whoever feels like a walk/ jog in the park.

The picnic basket was an absolute delight and filled with tasty surprises. We enjoyed our time their with friends and the kids had a blast in the water features/ fountains.
The wine was very good and I will definitely return there many more times.

There is an art exhibition where they pair artwork with certain brandy's.
I enjoyed this experience so much as I have never seen anything like this before.

There are too many restaurants to choose from - but the food is great! You can literally choose from a R20 coffee shop to a 5 star restaurant....all on foot!
This is a must - not to mention all the wine farms in the area and other gems such as Jonkershoek, the botanical gardens and Stellenbosch university.

The Huguenot Monument is there and it is fun climbing on the wine tram for a wine tour. The tram has its own website and works on a hop-on-hop-off basis.
The Tram is a fun way to meet other tourists and the wine in Franschhoek is superb.
The wine estates have beautiful views, some have lushes green gardens and others boast with some amazing menu's from famous chefs.
