Showers are available here for $5, you must bring your own towel. You're welcome to use one of mine, all I ask is that you bring it back.
This shower facility is very clean and is behind the I-90 truck stop right off the interstate. Highly recommended.

A-OK campground, is formally KOA campground. Clever right!!
This facility is under new management and offers showers for $5. Ask for Mike and tell him that Tammy sent you from the airbnb. Very clean and friendly establishment.

The Old Montana State Prison is a must see for sure, and if your able to stay awhile, see if you can do an all-night ghost tour. The stories, the hauntings, the real-life happenings will have you on the edge of your seat! Ghost Adventures also visit the Prison from time to time and do paranormal recordings of activity. I have been to several of these, and each is different with different outcomes. It's really a lot of fun!

This place is amazing with some very talented actors that come from all over. I just saw Shaw Shank Redemption, and I was so impressed. If you have the time, please check out what is playing at the Cutler Brothers Production. You won't be disappointed.

This is a must see and a major part of Deer Lodge history! The Rialto Theater, and old-time theater with movies playing on the weekends only. If you can't catch a movie, see if you can pop your head in and take a peek- it's pretty impressive!

Philipsburg is a quaint little town about an hour away from Deer Lodge, I usually go through Anaconda to get there. The scenery is breathtaking!

If you love to ski, Discovery is the place to go! Discovery Ski Area is approximately 47 miles away, right outside of Anaconda, and well worth the drive. I believe they also have trails for the summer months.

Maybe a walk along the river on the Arrow Stone Park trail is what you're looking for? The trail head is just South of Deer Lodge on the right-hand side as your heading South out of town. You can also find it behind the trains by the Old Car Museum.

We are halfway in between Glacier National Park and Yellowstone National Park, a resting point if you will. Both parks are amazing and must see for Montana! Yellowstone is approximately 3 hrs. or 184 miles from Deer Lodge.
