Bike rentals are everywhere and very cheap. You can rent scooters close to Coolidge park across the walking bridge.

Walking bridge.
Always open and a nice walking bridge to enjoy the city and river views. Ice cream shop open until 11pm and street parking near the Edwin hotel.
