Walk, bike, or drive to Devils Hole State Park located less than three miles south along the Niagara River. Hiking trails from Artpark will take you under the Lewiston Queenston Bridge and eventually connect to the main paved path that leads to Devils Hole State Park (2.5 miles), Whirlpool State Park (4 miles), Niagara Falls State Park (9 miles), and beyond. There is also a paved bike path located just outside the Portage Road entrance to Artpark that will allow you to get to the same locations without having to hike on trails.

Proximity to the deep waters of Lake Ontario and the fast-flowing Niagara River moderates temperatures throughout the viticultural region, reducing the risk of late spring and early fall frosts.
Located just outside the village, Bella Rose offers a nice selection of their own wines plus beer. Indoor and outdoor seating available overlooking the vineyards.

Walk/Bike/Drive/Shuttle
Lewiston is a great walking community. There are two brand new Schwinn bikes that you are welcome to borrow in the garage. Helmets and bike locks provided for each bike and you agree to assume all risk and liability should you choose to borrow them. The Discover Niagara Shuttle offers FREE service from the Fort to the Falls. The bus stops at the corner of Tuscarora and South 4th Street a short 30 second walk from your front door!
