Not the fanciest of places but if looking for something close to the beach esp if you have kids - this is one of the go-to spots. I take my own kids here when they need food quickly.

Has been around forever. I used to go here when I was a kid and its still the same. Soft serve, slushie, milkshake - whatever you want you can get here. Just up from the main beach 1 blk on the North side. Look for the pink umbrellas.

This is an awesome place to visit. Take your bikes, cross country skis, etc. Tons of trails to walk, ride and ski. There is also access to a great beach that is not as busy as the main beach in town.
There are also shops to buy food, ice cream, and souvenirs.
