The old part of the neighbourhood is with mainly individual homes and two storey houses, while the new part of it, that developed closer to the beach, is with blocks of flats for the summer season.
During the summer, there are a lot of beach bars that offer tanning beds across the beach, open restaurants, but also takeaway food along the beach walkaway.
Close to the apartament there is also a little fun park for kids and a kitesurfing spot on the beach.
The area is relatively close to Summerland area, where a lot of clubs are, but also is a great place to leave for day trips towards the wild beaches up North, in Vadu or Corbu, or even for day trips in the Danube Delta!

The biggest Delta in Europe, it's a very beautiful place which you can visit on day trips by boat, to different locations in it. You can usually book one or two days in advance. You have to go by car to Mahmudia or Murighiol, and then get on the boat trip.
