Bring water shoes if you are going to the river or lake.
Very rocky, can be slippery etc.

Deer (Caution)
There are deer and wildlife all around. Be careful driving and aware of surroundings outside. Birds love the house, we are trying to get them to love other peoples houses instead of only ours!

They sell them at Bucees and HEB.
Ordering food curbside at the HEB and picking up off 306 is the easiest and my best advice.
Bring a cooler- order ice with your food- put the cold items in there with ice, and everything else around it.
Head to the house!
