Diotay is a seafood restaurant you should not miss visiting.The interior of Diotay is festive,live and bright.It makes you feel like you are in a fiesta! It is one of the sought-after paihaw/Paluto place in bacolod.In case you don't have any ideaof how it works, try remembering dampa in Manila,the concept is quite similar.

He had it built as a testament of his love for his Portuguese wife, Maria Braga-Lacson, who died during the birth of their eleventh child.During the World War 2, Filipino guerillas burned it down as a countermeasure to prevent the invading Japanese forces from using it as a military office.It burned for 3 straight days.The Ruins is a famous tourists destination in Bacolod/Negros.

This is primarily a children's museum but it also has something in store for the adults who wants to learn something about Negros' surprising role in the formation of the Philippine Republic.

There is also a boating lagoon, a hot spring, and other water activities. You can even camp here overnight by renting a cottage.

It is an unspoiled stretch of sand, so expect facilities like stores,restaurants, and other structure on the island, though there are several cottages erected to give refuge to the visitors.If all the cabins are occupied visitors can set up their own tent on carbin reef as well.The most exciting activity one gets to do here is snorkelling, diving is deterred as the water is too shallow.With the presence of glass-like water,it is easier to see the underwater paradise of Carbin reefwith its thriving coral reefs,large school of fish, and occasional turtles.
