My home lake down river, past the bald eagle marsh, and my favorite lake fishing spot. Fish all around the island in the middle, the deep holes, or the weed bed on the outer edges. There is a boat launch off of Meta Lake Rd. Tight Lines!

My favorite pier fishing spot. This might be my favorite spot on the planet. I have caught more musky here than most in a lifetime, mostly in the early spring season. So relaxing waiting on a big fish and listening to the water while boaters come thru and hoist to and from the Three Lakes Chain or turn around back to the Eagle Chain. Tight Lines!

My favorite pier fishing spot. This might be my favorite spot on the planet. I have caught more musky here than most in a lifetime, mostly in the early spring season. So relaxing waiting on a big fish and listening to the water while boaters come thru and hoist to and from the Three Lakes Chain or turn around back to the Eagle Chain. Tight Lines!
Otters and clams! This is my favorite kayak adventure outside of my home dam watershed (the Burnt Rollways Dam). You can launch your own kayaks, tubes, etc. or rent from Wildwood Outdoor Adventures. Tell Jason and Nicole that Ty sent ya! Enjoy!

Downstream from the cabins on the Eagle River, just past Cranberry and Catfish Lakes on the right after the Hwy 70 bridge. Great spot for boat rentals, gas, and supplies north towards Eagle River. Enjoy!

Pier 76 Sandbar
If you kayak downstream from the cabins, when the channel opens up to the Bald Eagle Marsh, there are some sandbars people enjoy. There's one for a good kayak turn around or rest spot just before the boat piers (posts) in the water. I'm told there is also one around Pier 76 that the campers across the Marsh hang out at sometimes. Enjoy!

Catfish Lake Sandbar
From the cabins, you can boat downstream across Cranberry Lake and Catfish Lake heading toward Eagle River. Right before the Hwy 70 bridge, there is a nice sandbar where boats park and hang out. This is a good turn around spot for power boats. Enjoy!

Round/Island Lake Sandbar
Above the dam on the Three Lakes Chain heading south past Long Lake and Planting Ground Lake, there is a sandbar between Round and Island Lake. This is on the way to and close to Watercraft Sales, and is a good spot to turn around, get adjusted, or hang out. Enjoy!
