Corsicana has lots of restaurants, a famous fruitcake bakery, a candy factory and an HEB! Their historic downtown has been revitalized and it's a great place for a date night. We are still exploring the area but we have been pleasantly surprised with the town so far!

We're still getting to know Kerens but we've found that there are some good restaurants. Also a few of Dollar Generals and convenience stores for necessities if you don't want to drive 20 minutes to Corsicana.

It's an old HEB but still had good brands that I'm used to finding at Central Market or HEB. It's right by the historic downtown area that's been revitalized.

This place is famous for it's pies & fruitcake. They deliver all over the country! You can stop in for lunch or grab some cakes & pies to go.

Super close to Peninsula Point for al fresco dining. (They do have heat lamps if you get chilly.) Family friendly with a play area for the kids. Kind of a "sports bar" feel in terms of the menu and vibe. Also reminds me of open air restaurants at the beach.
