A fantastic local distillery with tours as little as £7. It's a must do for me as after all, we are on the Malt Whisky Trail. There's a great gift shop and cafe too, which I would highly recommend.

A beautiful forest only a short drive away. With plenty of walking trails and a beautiful beach with old WW2 defences.

A beautiful spot for a walk and there's a great chance of seeing the local seals. There is also plenty of opportunity to grab some food or a coffee.

An incredible spot featuring a cliff top castle that. Ruins that could quite easily be from Game of Thrones. Also a great opportunity for some snorkelling if you are inclined the brave the water.

A nice local spot for a walk or some mountain biking.

Food Scene
It's a close call but this local restaurant is my favorite. The views of the West Beach and lighthouse are spectacular and the food is excellent. It's within walking distance, so perfect for a pint of the Lossiemouth Brewed Wind Swept and a meal (would highly recommend the Salt and Chilli Chicken).

Just a 10 minute walk away is the local brewery. Offering a bar with wood fired pizza, their great range of Lager, Ale's etc. Just ensure that you check the opening times because they are rather limited. If not, the shop is always open to gab a couple of beers.

Just a couple minutes walk around the corner. This Fish and Chip shop has everything you would ever want to order and it's right on the doorstep. There's even an option for a deep fried pizza if you fancy it.

The Firth serves incredible food, and is only a short walk away. I'd definitely recommended the honey chilli chicken it's delicious.
