Food scene
Located in Fajardo, this restaurant has the best views. This restaurant is first come, first served (as most of the restaurants in Fajardo are) so depending on the day you go the wait can be excessive and sometimes up to 2+ hours. Luckily the restaurant across the street " Pasion Por el Fogon" is owned by the same person & have similar options. Overall, El Yate is the perfect dining experience for Special Occasions with the great views, food & drinks.

La Estacion is a unique restaurant where the menu changes daily. The Food is cooked on open fires
of wood smoke and natural charcoal with ingredients sourced from local farms and waters. The outside seating area is beautifully decorated and has a Caribbean vibe to it.

If not from around the area download the "all trails" app and follow the trail for "Seven Seas to Playa Corola to Playa Escondida". The trail itself is beautfiul and the beach is much more secluded than seven seas beach.

The limestone rock wall creates a barrier and blocks the full force of the waves from coming in. During hightide you are able to see streams of water actually coming over the rocks creating multiple waterfall scenes. Due to the small amount of water coming in , there are " two bodies of water" to swim in. One side is the open ocean , while the other is a crystal clear, calm pool formed by the strong current coming over the rocks during hightide.

Located in Luquillo, Luqillo beach has lots of open beach to walk through. This was by far the best area to hammock. There is even a grass section on the beach to just set up some chairs eat and relax !

This water taxi will take you and pick you up from Icacos Island beach, one of my favorite beaches in Puerto Rico. The approximate ride time is about 10-15 minutes.
