To the left of the Island this is a more secluded beach which is next to Barry Yacht Club and a cute little lighthouse. It’s not fully exposed at high tide, making this a quiet little find.

The quietest of the three closes beaches, the sand itself is only exposed when the tide is out, when you can also explore the boats found here in the harbour or take a walk straight across the sand to The Knap.
