5 old typical old villages are over viewing the Plain: MONTAUROUX, CALLIAN, TOURETTES, FAYENCE, SEILLANS, all with there charm and history ( Christian DIOR had its home in MONTAUROUX, Max ERNST lived in SEILLANS ).
Our 2 favorites are TOURETTES ( for its streets paintings) and SEILLAN , by far the most beautiful (and with 3 excellent restaurants: LA GLOIRE DE MON PERE, LES ARCADES and CHEZ HUGO .
