Off the beaten path, just over the hill from our casa, is a beach club with cocoon type sofa beds by the pool, hanging beds on the beach, and hammocks. Check out their website for options which include lounging by the pool, a covered bed on the beach, a massage, and/or food and cocktails.

Immediately after that on the right is a dirt road that will take you all the way to the parking lot. Be sure NOT to leave anything valuable in your car. The beach is 1/4 mile from the parking lot. This is a great place for swimming (although not close to the rocks on either side of the cove). If you want to hike here, walk to the far end of the beach to find the trailhead. It's marked with white paint. The trail takes you up and over the bluff where you'll probably be able to see whales.
