If you want something a little out of the centre and you love seafood, this pub/ restaurant is a a great treat. As well as quality food they serve great beer and have a good wine selection too. The Malaysian Prawns are not to be missed.

I new addition to the Brighton hospitality scene, this is a great place to hang out and try some of Sussex's best street food right on Brighton beach. So if you have a clash in culinary tastes or just like to try lots of different food, this is the place for you as you can order from multiple kitchens under one roof.

If you are a fan of Afternoon Tea or just like a good pot of tea and delicious cakes then this is a great place to go. Their boozy tea cocktails are divine, especially the Metro Margarita. Booking is required for Afternoon Tea.

The Ginger Fox is a wonderful gastro, country pub. Charmingly cosy inside and fabulous garden to sit outside if it is a sunny day. You will need a car to get here but it is definitely worth a trip. There are other "Gingers" closer to home including the Ginger Pig, Ginger Dog, original Gingerman and the new(ish) kid on the block with a different concept, The Flinthouse. It is worth looking up all of them to see which takes your fancy.
