Biking around Bend is a great way to explore it's many parks, which include this sweet beach at First Street Rapids. There are trails galore in all directions from here, along the river and up mt washington, or across the river and over to Pioneer Park, where folks used to set up camp when passing through Bend, before lodging became available here.

No shortage of adventures in Bend, any season. Biking is a great way to get the lay of the land, and electric bikes mean no worries for the route and how many hills :-D
Short drives to many great hikes, waterfalls, mountain bike trails.
Float, SUP, raft, or kayak the river in the summer, snow shoe Sisters in the winter, or just chill in town and enjoy ongoing activites (Visit Bend keeps it happening!), a soak at McMenamins, an arthouse flick at BendFilm's Tin Pan Theatre, or a visit with otters and raptors at the High Desert Museum. So much....
Electric Bicycle is a great way to explore Bend. Courtney (just across the street!) has a great team to set you up, they also lead tours, or go exploring on your own, from the Box Factory and Crux, to Old Mill and beyond, follow the river up one side and down the other, visiting Galveston and the West Side, Drake Park, Whitewater Park, Columbia Park, Harmon Park, Pioneer Park - all the parks - the Pilot Butte, etc.. If you are traveling with children, they have bucket bikes and monkey bars, many options for the family to explore. You'll be hooked!
