Voss is fantastic for skiing. It offers numerous slopes from difficulties for small children tracks to black tracks. There is also restaurants in the skiing slopes for all to enjoy and paragliding possibilities for the daring.

White Water Rafting
Exciting, fun and suitable for beginners and experienced. Depending on the water level, Voss Rafting raft the Stranda or Raundal rivers, both of which offer world-class white water.
The Stranda river section is about 8kms with 9 spectacular rapids and several beautiful stretches. Since the river has a pool-drop character, the grading is relatively low compared with the size of the rapids we run, giving you a great bang for your buck!
The Raundal river is about 7 km of world-class white water running through a beautiful canyon away from the road. Voss Rafting usually runs the Raundal when the Stranda is too low, normally through August-Sept.

During summer there is even a waterpark at Voss and an indoor swimming hall. There is also shopping possibilities. Newly opened Voss Gondol will take you from the train station to the top of Hanguren for spectacular views and a restaurant. All of this within a few kilometers.
