Water Buffalo Valley is a nice off-roading area where is alongside the west coast expressway and close to Linkou Power Plant. It has an impressive scenic landscape with water buffalos nearby.

This place is a great hidden gem! I went there with my family and friends. I recommend you to go there in the late afternoon having a couple of coffee or drink and watch the sun goes down~ Enjoy nature's painting of sunset across the blue scenery! It's only 14min driving ( 9.4km) from my condo. The address: No.66 Ruipingli (Ruiping Village), Linkou District,244, New Taipei City. 一定要去，是一處能看到美麗夕陽海景的Cafe，風有點大但不要坐在屋內，這是一處非常療癒的地方，超適合跟家人及朋友在週末聚聚好去處。開車只要14分鐘，坐公車F236, 但因為要晃山區會比較久約3小時30分鐘：＝
