This tiny fine-dining restaurant, situated above Amuse Bouche, can most certainly amuse local bouches with its delicious and refined cooking, by Claude Compton. Octopus with French toast and skate with black truffle and lovage are typical dishes on the adventurous, often experimental menu, using ‘weird and wonderful’ British produce.
