If you want to avoid big crowds in downtown CB during busy times, go to Tully's for great BBQ, pizza, hamburgers etc. Nothing fancy but super fun - there's live music on most Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights!

Brush Creek Trailhead
You can walk to it from the condo or drive - super close and beautiful!
Walk out of the condo to the Skyland trail that goes into town. It is a 2 mile trek and the trail is groomed for cross country skiing. You can get a day pass at the Nordic Center in town.
