Find the Meech lake beach or go a bit further on Chemin du Lac Meech and find P12. From there, there is a very nice 1 hour hike up the hill, follow the direction to Western. You'll find a nice shelter accessible to all. Bring a bottle of wine and some crackers & Cheese (super romantic spot) or snacks for the kids. Fireplace is always hot in cold months. View is stunning.

You want to go sledding at Carlington Park. We are at the top of the hill, there is also parking at the bottom at J.A. Dulude Arena. I access it from Morriset avenue and park there.
