At sunrise Avalon Beach is magical. A must do whilst you are here, take a stroll along the beach towards the north and make your way along the boardwalk behind the beach and reward yourself at the beach cafe with a coffee. There is a great surf break (so I am told) as well as a wonderful sea pool at the south end of the beach which is closest to the house.
A fabulous restaurant above the beach cafe too, which has amazing beach views and perfect to sit there and sip on a vino or two and just take it all in.

This is where I escape for retail therapy when I am in the village. Located inside the arcade where Andrew Blake Real Estate is on the main street.
