Lots of places to access this lake more than I know!
The beach that I like is directly across from The Salty Caramel Kitchen and it is only a few minutes drive away.
There is a swimming area and also a hiking trail thru the trees.
Nice place to collect rocks!

Food scene
Great little hide away across from one of my favourite beaches.
All organic food and drinks. Grab a coffee to go and walk across the to beach!
Open from 10 am to 4pm normally.

This is a little place off the beaten track just before you reach the town of Lake Country on Bottom Wood Lake Road.
Great place to sit and enjoy coffee and conversation
There is also an Art Gallery attached

Neighborhoods
The Lakes, is the community that my home is situated in. There are a lot of outdoor activities here within minutes..
1. Directly across from the complex there is a pond with walking trails all the way around with a bridge crosswalk, lots of ducks and a couple of fountains.
2. Just one street over is a pathway in between houses that leads to a small hiking trail that leads you to a new neighbourhood up on a hill.. along the way, enjoy stunning views of Lake Country and Wood Lake.. great place to see a full moon also!
3. Scion Cop hiking trails is beyond my place up the mountain and has lots of hiking trails.
