If you want to try authentic Bavarian food, look no further than this place. The decor is fabulous and the staff are usually great. Try the house "kellerbier" and the Cordon-blue.

You can't see Nuremberg without visiting the documentation centre. Be sure to set aside at least four hours for it though. Catch the tram directly there or visit it as part of a walking tour.
