Dinners Ready is a little café we discovered which is about 100 yards from the house. The postcode is FY3 9AA (31 Whitegate Drive). They are open Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 9am – 3pm and Sat & Sun 10am – 3pm. They do great cooked breakfasts but also sandwiches, salads, jacket potatoes and many other things.

Things to do
This is a very recent discovery for us and it is considered an “entertainment centre”. They have lots of different things to do. They have curling, cinema, bowling, crazy golf, crazy pool, golf simulator plus food and drink. However, The Flower Bowl is in Preston(Garstang Road, PR3 0BT). It is 15 miles away and around 35 minute drive but well worth it if you can get there.

The Flower Bowl Entertainment Centre
Garstang RoadThis is a very recent discovery for us and it is considered an “entertainment centre”. They have lots of different things to do. They have curling, cinema, bowling, crazy golf, crazy pool, golf simulator plus food and drink. However, The Flower Bowl is in Preston(Garstang Road, PR3 0BT). It is 15 miles away and around 35 minute drive but well worth it if you can get there.
Blackpool Pleasure Beach is located at the very south part of the promenade. You can access it by foot, car or on the tram. The tram stops are all along the promenade and run every few minutes. Just ask for the Pleasure Beach when you get on.
and to make things easier you can then get an eTicket which are downloaded to your phone. As with all tickets it allows your unlimited-all-day riding including Nickelodeon Land. It does allow you to bypass the Ticket Office and go directly into the park through the main entrance.
Our advise would be to take a spare change of clothes as some of the rides will make you very wet!!!!
