Aurora Forest Cabin: Activities, Places & Cusine

Snowdog (that’s us) have 53 lovely Huskies whom you can go and visit and do short tours with. Our dog kennel is a short 5-minute walk away from your cabin. In the summer, You can visit the kennel and meet the dogs. Prices for these tours: Husky Kennel Tour: 500sek for 2 people, 750 for groups of up to 5 people for a guided tour. Husky ATV ride (2km): 295 sek per person extra (min 2 persons). Coffee/ Tea & cake included over an open fire. We have 53 fluffy Huskies and right now some big puppies :) Children under 6 are free. ***THIS MUST BE BOOKED WITH A KENNEL TOUR*** Husky Kennel Visit: You will be guided around the kennel and should you wish, you can interact directly with the dogs, they are super friendly. We will show you the equipment we use in the winter and the summer for working with the dogs and explain a little about our sport of dog mushing to you. After we enjoy some cake, coffee and drinks over an open fire. Husky ATV Ride: You can add this to the Husky Tour but cannot book itself. You will sit as a passenger on a 4 Wheeled All-terrain vehicle (ATV) and be driven by a team of up to 10 powerful Alaskan Huskies over a 2KM forest trail. You can help ready the dogs before the trip and after we give some meaty treats to the dogs then unharness them and let them return to their cosy houses.
