Food scene

This place is one of my favorite local restaurant by the sea, 15 minutes away from home. The food is great and reasonable price! It's best to go for lunch specially if high tide or early dinner for a beautiful sunset viewing. Dannmar also offer few cottages for your accommodation, a floating cottage to rent for your picnic lunch and swimming. Recently they open Al-fresco De Danmar Resto Bar across in a different open air ambiance by the mountain side. A must try , it's a good dining place with Live band at night and a Venue for big events.

VSU is one of the best agricultural school in the Philippines and the pride of Baybayanons! It is Locally and Int'l known in Agricultural research and Education. I personally love this place as my wedding was held in VSU church and the reception in the seaside area of the campus. They also have a hostel and Seafront suites where we used to stay whenever I need to relax by the sea.

Quatro isla's is one of my favorite beach destination whenever I go home in the province. You have the option to go for a daytour or overnight stay in a simple native cottage. It's 30 minutes drive from our place going to Inopacan port then another 30 minute boatride .You can do island hopping from 6 in the morning until 3 in the afternoon. Your first stop will be Himokilan where you can swim on its crystal clear water and have a quick tour in the village where you can see local livelihood such as mat making and handicrafts. Next will be Mahaba island where you can also enjoy swimming on it's white beach with less crowd since it's inhabited. Apid Island - a fisherman's village that has more people where you can see locals making small boats or banca and sell dried fish. For last stop you can have your Barbecue picnic lunch in Digyo and enjoy swimming on the white beach and its sandbar. It's advisable to bring food and things you need for lunch and prepare it there.
