Great local bar walking distance from the house. Good food, good beer selection with tvs inside. Outdoor seating option when it's warm out. Pier outside to be able to pull up in boat/jet ski.

The beach is walking distance
It's less than a mile to the beach/boardwalk. We usually pack our beach stuff in the wagon located in the shed outside and walk down to the beach. It's much easier than trying to find a place to park down there.
