My favorite brewery and pub outside Visby who serve street food as well. Nice Bike-distance from the city, if you go out with bikes for a while day, this is a nice final destination before getting back to town. Get the beer flight where you sample 4 beers.

My favorite medium-priced restaurant in all of Gotland. Because they smoke amazing shrimp! And have nice seafood beside that as well. Love it! Go visit it if you have a car and then go to Ljugarn from here :)

Sightseeing
Lummelunda caves is a cool place where you can do a cave-tour (book ahead). There’s also a grill called Nya Masters with a nice rooftop to have a beer at.

Go swimming in a limestone quarry (kalkbrott) that are waterfilled. Blå lagunen is the biggest and most popular, it’s pretty far up north. Follingbo is smaller and close to Visby (bike distance), not as nice but worth a visit if you’re heading east to Ljugarn.

Tofta is a long sand beach and probably the most popular beach on the island, it’s beautiful to visit year round. Lots of tourists during summer. It’s about 20 minutes drive from Visby.

Snäck is a smaller sand beach (smaller than Tofta) up north, pretty close to Visby, about 10 min drive.
