Local stately home, gardens and tea room. Lots of footpaths with good trees to climb, deer and cows. Parking not great, we tend to park on the road near the old forge.

Seaside village/town walkable from Aldeburgh along the beach. Nice cafe and tea shop. Sometimes there are horse and carriage rides. See the House in the Clouds.
Take a boat out on the meare, beware of the mud, it’s called marmalade for a reason!

Swimming pool, sand and shingle beach, arcades, typical seaside resort. Great fish and chips. Seafront great for scooters. Skate park, play park.
Also new Beach Street, which we have not visited yet.
