It's difficult to find a good Paella in Barcelona. La Fonda, have decent Paellas and inexpensive menu. There's another La Fonda near the port.

If you want to try Catalan cuisine, this is the place to go. Be prepare to wait for a table. it's a bit expensive but the food is wonderful.
