This is a beautiful hike just north of your home (less than a mile). You will hike through the woods to a lookout point several hundred feet about the shoreline where you will be rewarded with spectacular views of the Manitou Islands. The hike back provides amazing views of North Lake Leelanau.

Clay Cliffs Natural Area: The Leelanau Conservancy

You will hike through the woods to a lookout point several hundred feet about the shoreline where you will be rewarded with spectacular views of the Manitou Islands. The hike back provides amazing views of North Lake Leelanau.
If you like the outdoors, beautiful scenery and a great hike, you need to make the stop to Pyramid Point.
