West Ashley: SHH! This spot is Charleston's best new secret (although unlikely to be for long)! Amazing Puerto Rican Inspired BBQ and just opened in February! Only open Thurs-Sun and they serve from 11 until sold out! From whole hog to beef cheeks, the accolades for this opening are rolling in on pitmaster Hector Garate.
