Sightseeing

If you’re new to the Sonoran desert, this National Park is definitely worth the visit. The park is actually split into two areas at different ends of the city. If you’re looking for some quick sightseeing and pictures, the west part is recommended. Here the cacti forest is denser and the park more mountainous. If you’re looking to do some hiking or backpacking, the east side is recommended as it has many more trails.
