Take the morning ferry to Tallinn, eat a great breakfast at the ferry. Arrive to Tallinn ~10am. Spend a day shopping and take the evening ferry back. Go to the flat to take a quick nap and head back to the Helsinki city to eat.
Tram takes you to (and back) West Terminal 2 in couple of minutes. Tram stop is two blocks away from the flat.
