BEACHES
The nearest sandy beach is minutes away from the villa in Panormos. Other beaches could be found nearby. The blue flag beach of Rethymno which is 10km long is 20 minutes away from the villa.
TAVERNAS AND SHOPS
There are tavernas and shops within walking distance from the villa in the neighbouring village. Many other tavernas could be found in Panormos, Perama and Rethymno.
ATTRACTIONS
Crete is an ancient island with history going back thousands of years. There are many attractions to be visited on the island such as the historic monastery Arcadi, the medieval Venetian town of Rethymno, the Minoan palace of Knossos and many, many more.
Panormos is minutes away from the villa. It has a lovely sandy beach and many tavernas and shops.
