Solo travelers, couples & friends are all welcome to our garden where we will prepare a 5-course dinner cooked on the fire paired with 1 ounce tastings of five artisanal, small-batch mezcals sourced from different regions around the country. We create a prix fixe menu using locally sourced ingredients for every experience and are happy to accommodate any food allergies or dietary restrictions that we are notified of in *advance*. Due to the nature of the dinner, we do not disclose the menu beforehand and therefore recommend this experience for adventurous eaters. Throughout the dinner, we will talk about the differences between mezcal and tequila, the process of producing mezcal, what to look for when purchasing mezcal & how it originated. Our first stop, after a short drive from picking you up: fresh & energized for adventure, from a pre-arranged central (town) Tulum location, will be the Archeological Zone of Tulum-Mayan Port City Ruins. 
Through the mysterious, well-preserved, ruins of temples surrounded by beautifully landscaped grounds, where we will be watched by the many inquisitive iguana that now call this temple home. During our exploration of the grounds I will share with you some of the known/unknown, story of the Maya, one of the most advanced and sophisticated cultures, our world has ever known, 
A short drive away from the temple is Tulum Beach where we will go by boat, piloted by Mayan guides, out to the 2nd largest coral reef on the planet, The Great Mayan Reef, where you will snorkel with brightly coloured fish of all sizes and also with the resident reef Manta Rays and Turtles!. 
Following our amazing reef snorkel, we will leave Tulum and visit one of the areas 160 nearby publicly accessible cenotes, I will explain what cenotes are, and how vital they are to the ecology for the peninsula, will jump from the edge of this hidden crystal clear water hole or perhaps just have a relaxing snorkel

This is The Original Street Taco Tour in Tulum. Perfect for travelers on a budget, foodies and groups. I will take you to legit and delicious morning or night taco spots in downtown Tulum, to have a hearty breakfast or wholesome dinner. We will visit three taco vendors that are local’s favorites. We are the first and original jungle tour in wave runner in Cancun. The experiences it’s a jungle tour in jetski. If you book one jetski you will follow the tour guide in your own jetski, you will drive the jetski in the lagoon side, the mangroves and later we will go to the caribbean sea and we would do snorkel at the meco reef for 30 minutes, (if you don’t want to be the 30 minutes of snorkeling we have to come back to the marina) at the end of the snorkeling its time to go back to the Marina. It’s a 2 hours tour: 45 minutes to go. 30 minutes of snorkeling. 45 minutes to come back. The price is for person, no for jetski. Individual jetskie 140 usd. Shared jetskie 70 usd per person. The clients have to pay 15 usd per person in cash at the Marina for the dock feed. Example: If you are two peoples in one jetski you have to book only for two peoples. If you want to drive only one jetski for you, you only have to book for two peoples. If you only book one person you would shared the jetski with the tour guide or someone else who book another jetski. Rules: You have to be at the marina half and hour before start for the check in. After a journey, on a ground transportation, of more than 8km in the middle of the jungle, we will immerse ourselves in a cave and underground river system for a guided exploration, crossing the most surreal rock formations. Helmets well screwed on the head, and water shoes on, we will let our lights pierce the darkness and silence to make way for a world as ancient as magical. During the first part of the visit, which is mainly conducted walking and does not require any specific swimming level, you will understand the deep relationships that link the Mayan civilization and the jungle to the majestic Cenotes. In the last part, we will have the opportunity to swim, relax and snorkel in a fantastic and out of this world natural pool.   We will recover from our emotions and share around a meal composed of local specialties cooked in the jungle on a fire pit. This magical experience starts in our meeting spot in our town Chemuyil, where we will get ready for our adventure. We will ride on our bicycles through our hometown making our way to three different cenotes around our community. Physical wear with the bicycles is minimum. We spend most of the time in the water. Ancient culinary techniques, fresh ingredients, tortillas made from scratch, flavors of our traditional Mexico, everything is set and carefully curated for a cultural and gastronomical immersion to the deepest traditions and roots of our Mesoamerican civilizations. In a beautiful Mexican-style house, surrounded by gardens, our Culinary Experience starts off with a brief, yet quite informative, introduction to the essential flavors and ingredients of Mexican cuisine We will also do a mezcal tasting so you can learn how to identify a good one! Then, moving on to the unique experience of preparing an authentic Mexican meal from scratch! We try to always use traditional utensils, like metate and molcajete, to have a real cooking experience. Many of the dishes you will learn and help cook come from my own family’s cookbook. By the end of the class, we sit down in one table to share the food and the experience itself! Terminata la visita, inizieremo un breve viaggio lungo un sentiero nella giungla fino a raggiungere un magnifico cenote sotterraneo a 200 metri dove è possibile immergersi e nuotare nelle sue acque illuminate e cristalline.
