A fantastic conversion of an old farmhouse/barn with a private hot tub and a sauna room. 2 beautiful properties incorporating a large kitchen/dining area, large spacious split-level living area with an open fire, & free Wifi and large pool table with a sonos sound system throughout ground floor. Ultimate luxury for up to 20 guests in 7 bedrooms (4 with en-suit), with panoramic views of the Trough of Bowland and surrounding areas.
Main house- 4 bedroom converted farm house. 4 bedrooms (2 with en-suite) and 1 main house bathroom/wet room and also downstairs wc. Large kitchen diner and separate utility room. Annex - 2 bedrooms with en-suite, 1 groundfloor bedroom, kitchen diner with seperate utility room and downstairs WC. Gated garden area, ideal if you have young children. 2 hot tubs (one at each property) Undercover parking available for 2 cars just outside the properties with room for up to 15 or more cars in the parking area. Guests can make full use of the all facilities. Towels will be provided but I would suggest bringing along your own bathrobes if planning on using the hot tub/sauna room. The hot tubs are kept heated all year round so no waiting around for it to warm up.
The property is set in the AONB (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) and is blessed with varied wildlife including a resident barn owl and other rare wildlife. Panoramic views of the Trough of Bowland and numerous trecks trails and walks available for all abilities (from big hills to flat river walks) within minutes of the property. Also Gisburn forrest is a 5minute drive away (20minutes cycle).

  • La casa di John è magnifica. I miei amici e io ci siamo davvero goduti il nostro soggiorno qui. La casa era immacolata, incredibile e aveva tutte le esigenze per il nostro soggiorno. John è stato molto utile per aiutarci quando richiesto e su come utilizzare tutti i comfort in casa. La quarta camera da letto con i due letti matrimoniali era l'unica cosa che non ci aspettavamo perché si è rivelato essere 4 letti singoli. John tuttavia ci ha sistemato prendendo lenzuola e un piumino doppio per mettere insieme due dei letti singoli. Tutto di questa casa ha avuto il fattore wow e saremmo sicuramente interessati a stare qui di nuovo.

  • Johns Place è situato magnificamente nel paese. La sua sistemazione era perfetta per i nostri grandi gruppi annuali riunirsi. La raccolta nella vasca idromassaggio completava questo, sorseggiando vino, guardando il sole tramontare all'orizzonte incontrando vecchi amici - beatitudine. I servizi significavano che potevamo fare una grande colazione e riunirci attorno al tavolo da pranzo la mattina. Una sera indiani locali consegnati da asporto e abbiamo guidato 10-20 minuti in un pub locale incantevole un'altra notte. Vorremmo sicuramente prenotare di nuovo, grazie

    Located in the tranquillity of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, this apartment is ideally located for walkers and cyclists. Close to the Pennine Way, Malham's spectacular cove and Yorkshire's Three Peaks, it is a comfortable and cosy base from which to explore this stunning area
    Airton is a peaceful village set in the heart of Malhamdale in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. There is a popular village store/farm shop and cafe which sells a good selection of basic provisions and local produce. Many of our guests have commented favourably on it. A public footpath leads through the mill's wetland garden and the Pennine Way, 100m walk from the apartment, can be seen from the main rooms. There is a never-ending variety of walks through the natural beauty of 'Calendar Girls' countryside. The area is popular with cyclists, walkers, horse-riders and climbers. You can ramble along the riverside to Malham's stunning cove, limestone pavement and tranquil tarn. During the summer months, there are numerous rural shows and music and art festivals. Museums, steam trains, ice-cream farm, falconry centre - the variety of activities ensures there will never be a dull moment, whatever the weather.

  • Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, ampia cucina e zona giorno, grandi camere da letto e 2 bagni. La figlia adolescente adorava avere un bagno per sé! Tutto molto pulito, caldo e accogliente. Tranquillo di notte, cielo sereno. Un sacco di libri, TV e DVD (non usato però) e giochi, e un pianoforte. Abbiamo camminato per una piccola parte della Pennine Way, direttamente dall'altra parte del fiume rispetto al mulino, ottimo accesso anche a Malham, Skipton, il sentiero delle cascate di Ingleton (bellissimo). Grande cartella piena di informazioni, comunicazioni eccellenti. Probabilmente il migliore di molti posti AirBnB in cui siamo stati.

  • Questa è una bellissima proprietà in una posizione meravigliosa. L'appartamento era molto pulito e confortevole, e il suono del fiume gorgogliare oltre le finestre era magico. Ottimo per il birdwatching (abbiamo visto un martin pescatore!) E per fantastiche passeggiate nella zona. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ritorneremo sicuramente!

A beautiful eco renovation in upper Settle ideally situated for walking, climbing and cycling. Settle also houses wonderful galleries, pubs, and plenty of outdoor activity centres and attractions. Self Catering Barn Conversion: A luxury and characterful apartment sleeping a possible 7; 2 single very comfortable sofa beds on the mezzanine level, a double sofa bed in the living area and both a double and single room downstairs. There are two luxury shower/WC rooms and two entrances. The use of the full house offers superb views across the valley. The barn is a short and charming walk away from Settle rail Station, local shops, the market (on tuesday) and local restaurants and traditional pubs.     The Nook is a cosy home from home in the historic heart of old Settle. This quirky cottage benefits from an open plan living-dining room with far reaching views. The property is light, bright, and well furnished. The spacious kitchen, wood burner in the living room, and limestone underfloor heating in the bathroom add up to give the place a luxury and cosy feel. It is perfect for couples and a great base from which to explore Settle and the Yorkshire Dales. Boots and wellies welcome!
    IMPORTANT: Please review our House Rules carefully before booking. All the rooms in our cottage are on one level and there is level access from the street with no stairs. Its position and location means that from the bedroom and living area you are afforded wonderful, far-reaching views from high up over Settle and the surrounding countryside. There is hardwood oak flooring throughout with rugs placed to maximise the cosiness. THE LIVING ROOM: A traditional wood-burner lies at the heart of the property. It is easy to light and manage, and from November through to February a fire kit is supplied to get you started (kiln-dried logs can be purchased locally from Booths supermarket). For your entertainment there is a Smart TV with access to Netflix and BBC iPlayer, and a bookcase full of books and board games. Free WiFi is available. In the living room area there is a dining table which seats up to four people. THE KITCHEN: perfect for a short stay, the kitchen has an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge with freezer compartment. We don't have a washing machine as there is a launderette located within 50m of the property. We provide tea, coffee and basic condiments. The property is professionally cleaned after every guest and all the bed linen, towels, bath-mats and tea towels are refreshed. In addition to this we provide hand soap, bubble bath and washing up liquid. THE BEDROOM: has countryside views, a comfortable double bed, bedside tables with lamps, and a double wardrobe which provides plenty of storage. THE BATHROOM: benefits from a bath with shower attachment, limestone tiled underfloor heating, a heated towel rail and an illuminated mirror with electric shaving point.
    The Nook lies in the historic heart of old Settle, on a picturesque, quiet street. You can enjoy many walks into the Yorkshire Dales limestone countryside directly from the front door. Maps are available for you to use. Many pubs, shops, restaurants and cafés are within a two minute walk and there is a market in the town every Tuesday.

We are located in the centre of Airton village, with wonderful views towards Malham Cove. A few minutes walk away from thel award winning TownHead farm shop and tea rooms. Easy access to Malham, Skipton and the Dales National Parks, Fantastic walking and cycling routes along The Pennine way, Coast to coast cycling, The Yorkshire 3 peaks and South Lakes.
    BagEnd is a two storey self contained annex which is attached to our house. It contains two double bedrooms with sinks, one on the ground floor and one very large attic room, both with stunning views over the Yorkshire Dales landscape. The space can comfortably accommodate 4/6 adults/children. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor and a very large attic room with a double bed, this room can sleep up to four with additional single beds, the large landing can also be used as an occasional bedroom. Large lounge with two comfy sofas, a tv that plays dvds and a dining table that will seat 4/6. A bathroom with bath and separate shower. Kitchen includes a hob, fridge, microwave and slow cooker. The large garden has a sunny patio with outdoor dining, barbeques welcome. Plenty of secure storage for bikes and equipment and off road parking.
    We love the peace and quiet, the stunning views and riverside walks, and the small community that makes Malhamdale a beautiful place to live. The local farm shop/cafe serves great food and sells unique Yorkshire products. A few miles up the Dale is the magnificent Malham Cove and the village of Malham with two great pubs/restaurants. Approximately 4 miles away is the large village of Gargrave with a supermarket and shops, cafes and pubs and the market towns of Settle and Skipton steeped in history are only a 15 minute drive away.

  • Il posto è in un villaggio tranquillo e sorprendente. E l'intera casa è appena oltre casa del padrone di casa. Tutte le strutture funzionano perfettamente. Mio figlio come il letto di secondo piano che ha una grande finestra sul tetto proprio sulla cima di esso, può vedere le stelle durante la notte.     Our home is a converted barn with huge exposed oak beams and three guest bedrooms in Hawkswick - a small, hidden gem in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Listen to the river and owls at night, then in the morning take the footpath over the fell to Kettlewell.
    The converted barn (semi-detached - the farmhouse beside it is not ours!) is our home where we live and we are delighted to share it with our guests - we have 3 spare bedrooms. Our village has stunning scenery and a lack of tourists. Perfect for walking and cycling and a great base for exploring the unique, unspoiled countryside of the dales or the cultural and historic wealth of Yorkshire.

    A picture perfect, listed cottage with lots of original and quirky features located at the foot of Pen y Ghent right in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. The ideal place to rest after walking or exploring. 5 minutes walk from the train station for those wanting to enjoy the Settle to Carlisle route. The cottage benefits from a wood burner, an Aga, washing machine, power shower, exposed beams, private riverside garden and very close proximity (2 mins walk) to 2 good pubs!
    The cottage is a listed building containing many original features balanced with modern facilities for a perfect stay. Situated adjacent to the National Trust car park, it’s a perfect base for the 3 peaks. The house has many walking books for guests use if people want to explore the surrounding area. Hannam Cottage boasts a cosy lounge, 3 bedrooms, kitchen/diner, bathroom with power shower, private riverside garden with seating and bike storage (large locked shed). 3 Bedrooms 2 king size beds 1 single bed. Lounge Downstairs we have a spacious lounge with original beams, ample comfortable seating around the log burning stove and SMART TV. There is a trunk with a selection of toys and games for our smaller guests. Kitchen/Diner The kitchen also has its original beams and is very well equipped with an Aga, addition hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. The dining area comfortably seats 5. The back of the kitchen also has a really handy row of coat hooks and boot storage. Bathroom. The bathroom has a newly fitted walk in shower and heated towel rail. Outside There is a secure riverside country garden with stunning views, a patio and seating to enjoy a cold beer or wine after a day exploring. Parking The cottage is situated next to the National Trust car park, there are 2 parking passes available for guests use. The passes allow guests to park in the reserved spaces next to the cottage at no cost for their entire stay.
    The Yorkshire Dales has so much to offer; Hawes, Ingleton, Settle, Grassington are all less than 20mins drive away. Horton is well known for its walks, stunning countryside and pot holing.

    PLEASE NOTE: the house is only available for essential use until 3 July. The Garden House is small but perfectly formed. It is however a lovely place to spend a night or two in the Yorkshire Dales.. it's also just a short walk from Giggleswick and Settle. One room living with plenty of charm, ideal for a single person, a couple or 3 friends (a bit like a bunk barn, but more comfy).
    The green oak frame building started life as my shed, but now has a heated stone floor, cosy bed deck, mini kitchen, shower "room" and composting loo (it doesn't smell!) The bed deck has a double bed and there's a day bed on the ground floor. It is basic, but does have everything you need to spend a weekend in the Dales. The bed deck, WC and kitchen are in the eves.. but what the place lacks in size it makes up for in charm.
    The house is at the end of a quite road, direct access to the fells or a few minutes walk in to Giggleswick or Settle

  • Un posto magnifico Anche se minuscolo è molto ben concepito e non ci sentiamo affatto angusti. Alcune persone potrebbero trovare allarmante la disposizione ingegnosa di doccia e servizi igienici, ma funziona perfettamente. Probabilmente migliore di qualsiasi accordo di campeggio. È un posto bellissimo con viste incantevoli e convenientemente vicino ai negozi e alla Victoria Hall di Settle. Altamente raccomandato

    White Rose cottage is a delightful two bedroom detached home located in the well-regarded village of Langcliffe, just outside of the market town of Settle. The cottage dates back to the early 1700s and is very much part of the village history. It benefits from 2 spacious bedrooms, a large living room, and a kitchen diner with direct access to the private cottage garden. It also has a driveway, wi-fi, smart tv and wood burner. IMPORTANT: Please review our House Rules carefully before making a booking. LIVING ROOM: The wide front door leads directly into this spacious room. With windows to the front and rear it is light and airy. The large inglenook fireplace housing the wood burner gives this room a cosy cottage feel. There are two sofas, coffee tables, an HD smart tv, Wi-Fi, and games and books for use during your stay. The living room leads directly through a large aperture to the kitchen diner. KITCHEN DINER: This light, bright, and spacious room is the perfect place to prepare your meals, plan your walks and sit and relax. On sunny days light pours in from three large windows. The kitchen is well appointed with fridge, oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, and dishwasher. There is plenty of storage for food items and an extending dining table which seats four people. The solid oak flooring, kitchen units and roman blinds are all top quality. A large cupboard houses the new combi-boiler and other housekeeping items. From the kitchen there is direct access to the cottage garden. OUTSIDE: Directly accessed from the kitchen and the driveway this enclosed cottage courtyard garden is a lovely space to sit and relax. South facing, it benefits from sunshine throughout the day and the sounds of the countryside around you. BEDROOM 1: Located at the front of the house, this room has two large sash windows, a king-sized bed with a top quality pocket sprung mattress, two bedside tables with lamps, a compact walk in wardrobe, and a dressing area with mirror and shelf. BEDROOM 2: Flooded with light from large dual aspect windows, this room has views over the garden, across the village, and onto the surrounding limestone countryside. There are twin single beds with top-quality pocket sprung mattresses and bedside tables with lamps. A double wardrobe, dressing table with stool and mirror complete the room.     An old coach house within the Settle conservation area.Full of charm and home comforts.Quiet and private, situated in the centre of historic old Settle it’s a few minutes walk to all amenities. A continental breakfast with home made preserves is included in the price.Guests have the use of their own sitting area and a 43" TV.There is a TV/DVD player in the room. Guests can use the microwave. Space in the fridge will be made available if wanted.There is a hairdryer in the bathroom for guest use.
    I have a lockable out building which guests are welcome to use for safe bicycle storage
    Settle is a small beautiful historic old coaching town, set within the Yorkshire Dales. It has some good pubs, many restaurants, takeaways and coffee shops. Everything you might need is available locally. It is well known for its cycle routes and for walking . Six miles from Malham tarn (walkerable) and 40 miles from the lake district it is gem of place. Many people walking the 3 peaks stay here and the famous ribble head viaduct is just 10 miles away. Historic Skipton , with its own castle is just 16 miles away.

    My place is in West Bradford, a mile and a half from Clitheroe, with great views and countryside walks. Although there are no shops or pubs in the village itself, a fantastic restaurant is just a minute's walk away. You’ll love my cosy, compact cottage dating from the 1730's with an original beam. It is located in beautiful gardens bordering a babbling brook. A private patio overlooks the brook towards fields. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets).
    CORONAVIRUS PRECAUTIONS During the current time we are taking even greater care over cleaning the cottage. All surfaces are being wiped down with anti-bacterial and anti-virus cleaner. An anti-bacteria and anti-virus agent is being added when bedding and towels are laundered. If guests would prefer to bring their own bedding and towels they are welcome to do this. Weavers' Cottage is small but beautifully formed and oozing with character. The stone built cottage is located opposite our house and has been operating as a self-catering holiday cottage for the past twelve years. The studio accommodation has everything you need: double bed, cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, two easy chairs, breakfast bar, separate shower and toilet, full central heating, TV with DVD player.
    West Bradford is a relatively small village community one and a half miles from Clitheroe. It is a rural community with a number of farms and acres of farmland with excellent walks within yards of the cottage. The area is very popular with walkers and cyclists. The village does not have any shops but the nearby town of Clitheroe, has a very good range of shops and supermarkets. Whilst there are limited amenities within the village The 3 Millstones restaurant is less than a hundred yards from the cottage. It is open Wednesday to Sunday and offers excellent food at very reasonable prices: there is an early diner menu Wednesday to Friday 6.00 to 7.00 pm with two courses for approximately £13. There are always two guest ales on tap and there is a very good wine list. The food is consistently excellent, we eat there at least once a month and have never been disappointed. One mile down the road is Waddington, a very picturesque village with three popular and well regarded pubs and The Country Kitchen which provides a hearty breakfast at reasonable cost. Both The Waddington Arms and The Lower Buck are dog friendly.

Andrew e Susan erano cordiali e ci hanno accolto al check-in. Si trova in un edificio molto vecchio ma all'interno era moderno e il riscaldamento era abbastanza buono anche a dicembre. The |Settle to Carlisle railway runs near the cottage and station is only 6 minutes walk away. The village has two public houses The Crown and Golden Lion both within waking distance.
    Ingleton Waterfalls and White Scar caves are all with in short car drive away., as is Settle, Malham and Hawes.
    Horton is well known for its walking, beautiful views and pot holing.

    Our Victorian house is ideally situated overlooking The Green in Upper Settle. Once the kitchen of the house, this room has now been tastefully converted for guest accommodation. With separate access from the outside, guests can expect a comfortable and relaxed stay, with a king-sized bed, an en-suite shower room, kettle and toaster. Tea, coffee, milk and a selection of breakfast cereals are provided. Marion and John will be your hosts. We are available to help you with information and provide you with anything else you may need during your stay. Please don’t hesitate to contact us before your visit if you have any special requirements – or to ask us for anything while you are here. We live in the main part of the house so occasionally you may hear us moving about but we don’t hear anything from downstairs so you need never worry about disturbing us.     Upper Settle is a quiet residential area, with houses overlooking The Green and the hills beyond. Lower Ground Floor Master Bedroom (the Highland Bull room) with white wooden double bed and comfortable mattress plus attached dressing room with open plan wardrobe. Double Bedroom (the Stag room) with white wooden double bed and deep mattress plus built in wardrobes and drawers. House bathroom with WC and built in basin, large bath with electric shower over. I ensure I provide good quality Egyptian cotton bed linen on all beds plus 13.5 tog thick hypoallergenic duvets and plenty of soft and fluffy towels. The entire cottage is for you exclusive use. I do not live there! You have direct access into Settle - literally a one minute walk. And there is bonus free WIFI provided.
    The Settle to Carlisle railway line is close by in the town and with the Yorkshire Dales, the 3 peaks of Ingleborough, Pen-y-ghent and Whernside, the Trough of Bowland and the Lake District all within easy driving distances, The Old Warehouse is the perfect base for all year round holidays. A trip to Malham Cove is a must to meet the highland cattle on the road over the tops as well as the spectacular scenery, a walk up to Stainforth Force and perhaps a dip in the stream is perfect on a summer's day or you might even spot salmon leaping in Autumn, a coffee and cake at Ye Olde Naked Man Cafe is a treat you mustn't miss, and don't go home without a pint of Yorkshire Bitter at The Talbot Arms.

    We are offering our family holiday home we've used for a number of years on Todber Valley Holiday Park. Todber Valley is a quiet holiday park with a good bar/restaurant, play areas for the children, a small store offering all the essentials and a launderette all within 100 meters of the holiday home. There are on site areas for dog walking, with immediate access to beautiful countryside located literally on the borders between Lancashire, The Yorkshire Dales and The Forest of Bowland (an AONB).
    The Holiday home is a 35 x 12 foot Caravan with an open living-dining kitchen area with comfy seating a dining table. The double bedroom has ample wardrobes and a door into the main bathroom. Main bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. There is also a toilet room adjacent to the twin bedroom.
    The park feels very much like a quiet neighbourhood. It feels more like a gated community than a holiday park. Most people on the park are residential therefore the upkeep and the tidiness of the park is exceptional compared to some that can feel a bit rough.

    We are pleased to add to our portfolio Pinfold Cottage, a pretty detached stone cottage in rural Tosside, BD23 4SQ (Please see on the map direction for “The Old Post House” which is next door as Pinfold doesn’t show on google maps) When you arrive at Tosside (it is only very small) you will arrive at a crossroads, at the crossroads there is a community centre, the Old Vicarage Tearooms, the pub which is now a house and the Old Post House (detached house) and Pinfold Cottage (see sign).
    Pinfold used to be the village post office and has had considerable renovation work to make it into the georgeous little detached cottage in the centre of this little rural village. We have recently added this delightful little gem to our quirky trio of cottages in the Yorkshire Dales and aim to give it more of a “cabin” theme. Pinfold is a small two bed detached stone built cottage with garden/patio, in the heart of the village of Tosside in the Yorkshire Dales - South just six miles from Settle. Split over three levels with it’s individual quirky style, Pinfold Cottage has been transformed from former farm buildings to the local village post office and now to provide a compact but well thought out unique detached stone cottage. Nestled on the border of North Yorkshire and Lancashire, Pinfold is a perfect retreat for couples or small families wishing to get away from it all and simply relax. Pinfold features two charming double bedrooms with lovely views of the village. There is a modern shower room on the ground floor, off the kitchen with chrome towel rail, shower with glass screen, sink with large mirror and low flush toilet. Into the kitchen from the main door which boasts attractive bespoke features and a stone flag floor. Two steps down into the spacious lounge with cosy wood burning stove, a leather sofa and chair to sink into by the fire with a tipple if your choice! There is also a small dining area where you can sit and discuss the day’s adventures with dinner or play board games with the kids or simply sit with a coffee and a magazine! An open plan staircase leading up to the carpeted bedroom’s with fixed double beds on a king size platform. (Guests always compliment how comfortable our beds are 💤) Outside is a private patio/garden where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine (or two) on a warm summer evening. BBQ sizzling away. The surrounding area is wonderful for walking and cycling with lovely footpaths leading right from the door of Pinfold Cottage. Gisburn Forest Mountain Bike Trails are close by, where cyclists of all abilities can enjoy a fabulous day out! Lying between the Yorkshire Dales and the Forest of Bowland which is a designated Area of Natural Beauty is one not to be missed! Pinfold amenities include: Electric central heating and a wood burning stove. (Please bring along logs for the fire if required and clean fire on departure - thank you). Small Baby Belling Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV with numerous channels, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books and DVDs. Electric heating included in rent. Historically part of Yorkshire, following boundary changes in the 70’s, the village now straddles two counties, with the Eastern part of the village in Yorkshire, and the Western part in Lancashire! To the North, the landscape rises to the fells, moors and picturesque valleys of the Dales, while the south are the wetlands of the Ribble Valley, which in turn, sweep upward to the beautiful wilderness of Bowland, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.     A warm welcome to my recently renovated Old School House in the wonderful tranquil and picturesque village of Newby, Clapham perfectly situated for exploring the Yorkshire Dales, the Forest of Bowland and within an hour of the Lake District
    I have spent the last year renovating the Old School House in Newby - the original floors and beams have been brought back to life. I previously lived in Settle and my family have had a house in the Yorkshire Dales since 1930. The Old School House is in a wonderful location - very private at the top of the village with far reaching views. The room has a double bed and comfy chairs, with french doors opening to a private outside seating area. There is freshly ground coffee and teas available as well as a fridge, kettle and a table to enjoy breakfast. Within a few miles there is award winning sourdough bread, a cheese shop and an organic cooperative with wonderful fresh salads and fruit. A 6 mile walk directly from the house takes you to the top of Ingleborough - one of the famous 3 Peaks.
    It is a quiet and peaceful village with the wonderful Goat Gap Cafe to enjoy. The house is walking distance to a pub and village shop (Clapham).

    A newly refurbished one bedroom apartment with private entrance spread over two floors. On the ground floor is a bright bedroom with a large double bed and TV. The ground floor also hosts a shower room with toilet and a utility room with washing machine facilities. A single flight of stairs leads to the large open plan living area with double aspect windows, a three-piece leather suite, pine table to seat four and fitted kitchen with gas hob and oven. The apartment comes with shared use of the owners private garden and one parking space only. For additional vehicles there is public parking nearby at £2.20 per night or £15 per week. Ideally suited to two people.
    Settle has a quiet laid back feel with direct access to some of the UK's best walking and cycling. However following any daily exertion the town houses numerous pubs, cafes, restaurants, swimming pool and its own theatre. Settle is the start of the famous Settle to Carlisle railway. It is also within 15 minutes drive to the Yorkshire 3 Peaks, Malham cove, Clapham caves and Ingleton waterfalls.

    Located in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales right on the Pennine way. The ground floor apartment overlooks the River Aire and has amazing views across the river and beyond. There are excellent walk/cycle routes right on the door step. Malham is a 2.5 mile walk along the river. Both guest bedrooms are clean and comfortable. 1 has an ensuite shower room and there is a family bathroom with shower. Both the kitchen and bathrooms are new (June 2017).
    Welcome to our comfortable, ground floor apartment in the Grade II listed former Airton mill. Airton is a small village in the Yorkshire Dales 9 miles NW of Skipton (The Gateway to the Dales). The apartment has just finished a major conversion (June 2017) which includes a new kitchen, ensuite shower room and family bathroom and new heating throughout. The mill has communal gardens, a BBQ area and access to 'Frank's Land' which is a pretty wildflower meadow alongside the river. The location is gorgeous and is definitely the best place to be on a sunny day. In summer the river is ideal for young children to play in (supervised of course) and it even has its own 'beach' on the other side of it. It's also ideal for the less energetic to relax and watch all the wildlife on the river and in the field opposite. For the more energetic there are numerous breathtaking walks and bike rides right from the door step. The Pennine Way actually crosses along the other side of the river. Some of the Dales most popular sites like Malham Cove, Malham Tarn, Janet's Foss and Gordale Scar are all within walking distance (3 miles). The nearest shop is the excellent farm shop and tea room which is a 5/10 minute walk. There is a good pub 2 miles away in Kirby Malham.
  • Che posto incantevole in cui soggiornare. Il fiume che scorreva davanti alla porta era cristallino e borbottando. Molto pulito, confortevole e ben attrezzato per il nostro soggiorno. Una bella sorpresa trovare una bottiglia natalizia di Prosecco e una scatola di biscotti per salutarci. Proveremo sicuramente a prenotare nuovamente la prossima volta che verremo a visitare i nostri parenti con sede nello Yorkshire.

  • Un appartamento spazioso, perfettamente pulito in un'ottima posizione! Sarah è una grande schiera e aveva pensato a molti extra da lasciare davvero utili! C'era anche un'ottima collezione di giochi e giocattoli per i giorni di pioggia. I bagni e la cucina erano moderni e in buone condizioni e c'era molto spazio in tutto l'appartamento. Grazie per una bella vacanza!

  • Posto fantastico, con tocchi molto premurosi. Un sacco di giocattoli per bambini (anche se quello stava riducendo lo spazio per i propri vestiti in una camera da letto). Tuttavia, l'appartamento è spazioso e offre un'ottima base per esplorare parti delle Yorkshire Dales. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il nostro soggiorno e lo consiglio vivamente. Sarah è stata molto utile quando ci siamo resi conto che ci siamo lasciati alle spalle qualcosa e ci siamo comportati come comunicatore tra noi e i nuovi ospiti. Grazie mille.

    The 2 bedroom cottage is based in the heart of Horton-in-Ribblesdale, the base of the Three Peaks Walk. We welcome 2 well behaved pets at no extra cost. A welcome pack and first fire wood, coal is supplied for you. Front garden to sit and enjoy the views of Pen-y-ghent, or enjoy breakfast in bed with the view. Please note we are a dog friendly cottage. We take great care in our cleaning after each guest yet sometimes a few hairs can still be around.
    2 bedrooms. 1 double and 1 twin. Towels and lined supplied at no extra cost. Parking outside the cottage. Pets welcome.
    Horton-in-Ribblesdale offers two warm welcoming pubs for evening meals and drinks. There is a small tea room. However please note that there is no shop. The nearest shop is 5 miles away. There is plenty to do in the area. Hawes, Ingleborough. Malham Cove all under an hour away. Windermere 1 1/2 hours.

    The house is situated in the lovely Yorkshire Dales National Park village of Long Preston, just 4 miles from the bustling market town of Settle. We offer a newly refurbished double bedroom with an ensuite shower room and bright sitting area with tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge.A breakfast of fruit, yoghurt, cereal, milk and a croissant is provided in the room. Wifi is available. Guests have a private entrance to the property.
    Great transport links for guests arriving by car, train or bus. The house is just a two minute walk from both the train station (which regularly has the steam trains passing through) and a bus stop. The car journey to Settle is only 7 minutes. The historical market town of Skipton, with great shopping, a Christmas Market and range of food outlets is just 25 minutes away. The local village has 2 popular pubs, both serving food and real ale. The area is great for cyclists , walkers and holiday makers. Safe storage for bikes can be provided and recommendations for local walks and activities can be found in the room. There is a lovely walk over the tops from Long Preston to Settle around 5 miles with a well earned choice of refreshment stops at the other end with an easy bus or train ride back. Alternatively there is another lovely walk past the local church and across the dale to Hellifield which is only an hours walk. For the hardened walker a train or car journey into Settle will start you off on a 7 mile walk to the beautiful sites that Malham has to offer. For the ultimate walking experience Horton in Ribblesdale is the starting point for the Three Peak Challenge- just a short car journey away.
    Cyclists, walkers, dog walkers all in the midst of the beautiful Yorkshire Dales within minutes. Long Long Preston is ideally situated in the Yorkshire Dales National Park but also only minutes away from The beautiful Forest of Bowland and Gisburn Forest.

Situated in the heart of Malham village there are two public houses within minutes walk. The Lister Arms, has been voted Yorkshire Pub of the Year and has a great menu. The nearby Buck Inn has hearty pub fare and a relaxed atmosphere. The Old Barn Café adjoining caters for walkers even if their boots are muddy! All the sights of Malham are easily accessible from this ideal location.
    We run he Old Barn Café so will be on site to answer any questions you have during your stay or assist if you run out of milk. Discount in the café is available to all of our guests for the length of your stay. This means you can get a great price on a cooked breakfast before a days walking and is available from 9.00am!
    The accommodation is in the heart of the village of Malham. Within yards of two public houses that are known for their food and neighbouring a highly recommended tea room. All the sights of the area are within easy walking distance - Malham Cove, Janet's Foss and Goredale Scar.

    Nestled in the heart of the Forest of Bowland AONB, this glamping pod is ideal for hikers and bikers who want a base more substantial than a tent and less fuss than a hotel. Want privacy with absolutely nobody else around? We can almost guarantee you won't see a single person while you're at the pod, so you can sit back and enjoy the stunning panoramic views that stretch for miles over the Dunsop and Ribble Valleys from the hot tub, champagne in hand, with nobody to disturb you.
    The Shepherd’s rest is set in its own valley with panoramic views. It’s location makes it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Anyone who stays at the pod will have great access to walks, cycling and adventure. Gisburn forest mountain bike trails is a 15 minute drive, there a plenty of walks to do in the area and some great places to eat out. The pod is made out of a solid wood frame and boasts three sides of glass to fully take in the panoramic views. The pod is split in half, with one side providing a comfortable and relaxing living area. There is a log burner, sofa bed and kitchen unit in this side of the pod. The other side of the pod is the bedroom and bathroom, complete with double bed, toilet, sink and shower. The hot tub is located on decking outside the pod, and backs onto an old barn in the field. The hot tub is log fired and filled with natural spring water. It is a beautiful experience to sit in the hot tub as sunset falls over the valley.

    Nana Jan's Cottage is a traditional cottage which sleeps 3 it has a private garage and small garden and and is very close to all amenities .you can walk to the centre of settle in 5 minutes. We do not permit extra guests and we only allow 1 dog.
    Settle is a lovely market town, nestling amid glorious hills and crags with the Three Peaks nearby and the famous Settle to Carlisle rail line offering '72 miles of scenic splendour' leaving from Settle station, just minutes away. There's a busy outdoor market every Tuesday; great crafts and great coffee shops, pubs and restaurants all within five minutes' walk of Nana Jan's. This newly built lodge offers the highest quality construction , extremely spacious accommodation equipped with everything you might need for your stay.  Internally the lodge offers spacious , modern living accommodation built around the needs of of visiting guests.   Upon arrival you will be guided to the private gated parking area and  moving into the lodge you will find a spacious welcoming hallway offering a central route to all rooms.  The grand living space houses the fully equipt kitchen  comprising of cooker, hob , dishwasher , kettle , toaster and a whole range of plates, mugs, glasses, pans and serving dishes.   Gather around the breakfast island for an early morning cuppa or just to keep the cook company.   Within this space you will find the dining table which seats 6 guests , the space then opens up to offer two additional seating areas.  The first makes the most of comfortable seating and 45" smart TV for those chilled evenings in.  During the day this area offers  two huge picture windows with open views of the countryside beyond.  The sun lounge, our second seating area,  offers panoramic views through more picture windows , patio doors open the space out on to the decked balcony which in turn leads down to the patio area and the lodges private garden which is adjacent to the lodge owners own unique deer park.   Moving back into the lodge the open hallway leads to the lodges additional features.  A fully equipt utility room complete with washer, dryer, ironing board/iron, sink and freezer.  For our walkers and cyclists we've added a heated boot room with  waterproof flooring, bench seating and plenty of hanging space to allow you dry all your gear for the next day.  A separate spacious cloakroom offers quick access to facilities  without imposing on the  guest bedroom en-suites Moving along the corridor you come to the first of two spacious bedrooms comprising of a super-king zip and link bed, this bed offers the option to separate the bed to create 2 singles.  With drawers, wardrobe, dressing table and chairs you will have all the space you need to accommodate your belongings during your stay. Enjoy lazy mornings in bed with another smart TV located in your room. Adjacent is a modern en-suite shower room waterfall shower, bright lighting, spacious sink and drawers for all your cosmetics, and a heated towel rail for those warm fluffy towels.  Finally the master bedroom has a super-king size bed , wardrobe, drawers  dressing table and seating, again you will find a smart TV on the wall for your entertainment.   The en-suite matches that of the first bedroom with large waterfall and hand held shower , bright lighting, spacious sink and drawers, toilet and heated towel rail.  The lodge is built to an excellent specification fully insulated, double glazed windows and modern central heating offering you a warm and cosy stay all year around. Excellent B4RN Super-fast broadband is available throughout the lodge so you can access all internet services and with modern smart TVs you can hook up to your own Netflix, Amazon accounts in this home from home.  Outside we have focused on offering some additional details to  make life at the lodge as easy sas possible,  an outside tap and wash area allows you to wash down, boots, bikes .  A lockable bike store offers secure additional storage for your equipment.  Your private parking space is gated to keep our animals dogs , sheep and deer from bothering you. 
    Low Watson Lodge sits high on the hills of Keasden offering incredible views of the countryside and local wildlife, the area offers something for everyone. Explore locally with walks to Ingleborough or White scar Caves Caves, a visit to Gaping Gill or just travel the paths of Ingleborough or Pen-y-Ghent itself. Take the Ingleton Waterfall Trail or walk along the Ribblehead Viaduct where during the summer you may even spot a steam train. Gisburn Forest and Stock Reservoir offer off road cycling, walking and nature trails and birdwatching hides offering quiet retreats along the way. For quiet lunches and shopping for unique gifts if your selection then the boutique shops of Kirby Lonsdale, Settle and Howarth offer a solution for you.
