Inside work at a desk by the window, or sprawl on the couch or queen bed and watch TV.

Large studio features main room with queen bed, sofa (that converts to double bed), and desk area. A decorative fireplace, 10 foot ceilings, and hardwood floors give this space a great feel. Enjoy high speed internet, and a smart TV that you can watch from the bed or the sofa. Newly upgraded kitchen includes a full sized refrigerator, gas range, microwave, small dishwasher, coffee maker, and wall-mounted two-seat table. The kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Enjoy coffee made from the Keurig. There's a smart TV with Chromecast and Netflix (there is no cable) & free WiFi! Hard wood flooring throughout and floor to ceiling windows allowing for lots of natural light. Enjoy a breath of fresh air while checking out downtown Columbus from the rooftop balcony. A washer and dryer is available inside the apartment for your convenience. Short North is only 1.5 miles, German Village is less than a mile and Franklinton only half a mile. The Ohio State University is only an 8 minute drive.

This is a recently updated studio apartment (no door between the kitchen and bedroom) on the first floor of a vintage building on a quiet street, right between OSU and the popular Short North Arts District - walk to campus, shops, night life, and restaurants! The building was originally a single family house, like many buildings in the area - because of this, the interior walls are not soundproof and we request that noise is kept to a minimum after 9pm to respect our neighbors. ***** The bedroom has a new queen foam mattress and can sleep two guests. There is a small seating area for two, a desk, and a TV on a rotating wall mount. The kitchen features basic appliances and cookware - pots, pans, plates, bowls, silverware, glasses, toaster, and coffee maker. Coffee and filters are provided. ***** Parking: The entire Short North area is permit parking as of January. We may have off-street parking available for $3 per day. Let us know if you need parking, and we will tell you more about the available options. Exterior: This unit is in an older house, and it needs some fresh paint, new exterior siding, and some landscaping / yard work. We have been focused on renovating the inside first, and then we'll be working on the outside next. Please don't be worried when you see the ugly exterior siding! If you make arrangements with us to park in the back of the house, there is a narrow concrete walkway leading to a wooden back deck. The entry door to this unit is up a few steps on the deck. ***** Other little things: *This is a first-floor unit in an early 1900s house. The unit is not soundproof and it's possible that you may hear other people in the building talking or walking around. This neighborhood is in the perfect location between Ohio State and the Short North. Our street and the nearby ones have some beautiful grand Victorian homes. This neighborhood draws a healthy blend of graduate students, young professionals, and families. Many of the grand Victorian homes have been split up into multiple units, like this one!

Questo è un piccolo posto fantastico, vicino al campus OSU e molte cose interessanti nel quartiere di Short North. Kat e Nat sono stati molto veloci a rispondere, e il check-in è stato velocissimo. L'appartamento è un po 'più grande di quello che appare nelle foto.

questo piccolo, grazioso appartamento è proprio quello che ti serve per un breve soggiorno a Colombo! lo spazio è molto elegante: piatti puliti, vaschette di ghiaccio riempite nel congelatore e una brita piena nel frigorifero. anche la tecnologia di questo appartamento è eccezionale: ci sono prese direttamente sulle lampade da tavolo su entrambi i lati del letto, così come le prese che hanno spazi solo per il tuo usb. il bagno aveva anche piccoli tocchi carini con asciugamani per il corpo e il viso, e panni per lavare per ogni ospite. così come piccole bottiglie di lozione sul lavandino del bagno per ogni ospite. sulla scrivania della camera da letto ci sono alcuni opuscoli e opuscoli informativi che ti danno alcune idee su cosa fare intorno all'area di columbus mentre sei lì. c'era persino un opuscolo specifico per la comunità lgbt + - assolutamente adorato! Consiglio vivamente questo posto a tutti coloro che cercano un bel posto piccolo per un paio di notti a Colombo.

È amico degli animali ed è perfetto se porti il tuo amico a quattro zampe in avventure con te come faccio io! C'è un birrificio dall'altra parte della strada che è FANTASTICO! Se non ti dispiace camminare, ci sono molti posti dove mangiare / bere a pochi passi! I proprietari hanno risposto molto rapidamente anche ai miei messaggi! Questo è stato un pernottamento perfetto per me e mio marito. C'era un ampio parcheggio in strada nelle vicinanze ed era a pochi passi dal breve nord per un'ottima cena. Il loro posto è super pulito, bellissimo e tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno per il nostro soggiorno, inclusa una colazione veloce! Quartiere molto tranquillo e facile da controllare

This is a perfect blend of quaint, tasteful and modern. The stylish touches including great literature and wall art work put the cherry on the top of this space that is located just a few blocks south of one of Columbus' best rated parks; Schiller Park.

This space comes fully furnished with kitchen essentials, bathroom goodies, comfortable sheets and pillows and stylish touches. Our bed room houses a queen sized bed and the sofa bed shifts into a queen sized comfortable for two. This cottage home packs a lot into such a quaint space so we allow no more than four guests per stay. This space also comes with a free keaurig coffee station, free on street parking and a full private yard to enjoy.

This space is just a short work, Uber or scooter to everything that German Village has to offer. It is in a very quiet and calm area right outside of the buzzling Downtown area.

Ottimo posto, Host era molto sollecito nella comunicazione e attento alle mie esigenze. Punto carino perfetto per uno o due comodamente. Questo è il posto giusto!

LuxBox is a modern smart loft. You get a private bedroom with keypad door lock. This room has 1 full size bed. Shared spaces include kitchen, living room, full bath and half bath. Clean and modern bedroom includes premium memory foam mattress and pillows, AC/heat, hanging clothing storage, extra towels and blankets, and smart TV with an assortment of Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video, Disney+, and HBO.

The neighborhood is Southern Orchards, undergoing renovations thanks to the expansion of Nationwide Children's Hospital. We are located about 5 minutes from German Village and downtown, and about 15 minutes from OSU campus or the airport. The street is generally quiet and our neighbors are all very friendly.

As you walk up the turning staircase you will be see the couch and TV area. A West Elm swivel chair provides a sense of comfort should you want to rest before heading out to explore. A mini fridge can be found in the room as well as a work desk should you need to get things done. There are two sleeping areas located in two alcoves on opposing sides of a wall. The queen bed with memory foam mattress is accented by a mid century nightstand. At your feet you will see a small room divider for added privacy as well as a luggage stand for your convenience. In the second alcove is a twin mattress that is situated next to in-wall drawers. Entry: Enter and let the ceilings take your breath away. The foyer area has a shoe rack as well as a table where you and your party can meet before heading out to explore the city. As you progress through the house, you will see a delicately designed living room where you can relax and watch TV. You can chill in this area before check in hours should you arrive early. In the living room there is a door that leads to the full first floor shower. Kitchen: Wanting to cook on your trip? No problem, use my pots, pans, and utensils. Please clean up after each use. You can also find a Keurig and Brita Filter to quench your thirst. Got leftovers? Leave them in the fridge and heat them up in the microwave. Bathrooms: There are two full baths in the house, one on the first floor and the other on the second. Both are spacious and have great water pressure with a detachable shower head. Laundry Room: Need to wash your clothes during a longer stay? Use my washer and dryer for FREE.

This property is situated in the heart of OSU. Given the high population of students in the area it is very safe.

It is experiencing a renaissance and offers a tavern (very good food!), a café where a lot of people enjoy breakfast, a pizza shop that's a cut above chain pizza's, art galleries and more. These locations are a 5 minute walk from the house.

This space comes fully furnished with all of your modern lodging accommodations including a full kitchen with a full set of dishes, cooking utensils, high end dishwasher, oven, microwave and stove top. Our living area is furnished decoratively with plenty of seating arrangements, lush couches, a modernly designed bar area and television set. The bedroom houses a closet for storage with a queen sized bed for two. Extra guests can sleep comfortably on our high end air mattress or pull out couch. The Guest Suite is an excellent space for a weekend or a short stay, located just between the Short North Arts District and The Ohio State University! Walk to popular High St. dining and nightlife in under 10 minutes, to OSU Medical Center in under 15 minutes, and to the Columbus Convention Center in 25. Ask about parking if needed. The space is fully private, with a dedicated outdoor entrance, but does not include a full kitchen (mini-fridge and microwave only).

The Airbnb space is in the first floor of a multi-unit building, in what was originally a living room and dining room, with beautiful original hardwood floors, two chandeliers, and stained glass windows. There are other people living in the building, but the suite has a private exterior entrance and all doors can be locked from inside the suite. This listing includes private use of the front porch area and porch swing. We do not allow parties and request that noise is kept to a minimum to respect our neighbors. ***** The space is a 2-room suite that can sleep 2 people in the bedroom (queen bed + optional twin air mattress for you to inflate if needed) and 2 people in the living room (twin bed and full size futon). The bedroom can be closed off from the living room with double sliding pocket doors. The bathroom is accessed from the living room. We can also provide an air mattress if you need four separate beds, but it is a very tight fit! If you will be using the air mattress, please bring your own sheets to use. There will be at least four clean towels and pillows provided. ***** There is no kitchen in the unit and no access to a shared kitchen at this time. There is a mini fridge, a microwave, a Brita filter, and coffee pot in the bedroom. We do not provide kitchen utensils, silverware, or plates in this unit - it's best for a short term stay for business travel or for guests who might want to reheat some leftovers but otherwise won't be doing much cooking. ***** Parking: The entire Short North area is permit parking as of January. We may have off-street parking available for $6 per day. Let us know if you need parking, and we will tell you more about the available options. Exterior: This unit is in an older house, and the house needs some exterior siding/paint and some landscaping upgrades. We have been focused on renovating the inside first, and then we'll be working on the outside next. Please don't be worried when you see the ugly exterior siding. If you make arrangements with us to park in the back of the house, there is a narrow concrete walkway and some paver stones leading to a sidewalk to the front door, or you can walk through the grass (this was an issue for one guest, so we want to be clear about it). ***** Other little things: *This is a first-floor unit in an early 1900s house. The space is fully private and all doors can be locked from inside the Airbnb, but there are other people living in the building and you may hear them talking or walking around on the second floor. Un amico e io siamo stati al posto di Kate & Nat per un fine settimana per vedere un concerto allo stadio Mapfre. Il posto era molto meglio di quanto mi aspettassi. Estremamente pulito, fornito di tutti i servizi essenziali, e la posizione era perfetta. Praticamente a 10 minuti a piedi da cibo e alcolici in qualsiasi direzione. First off all, our space gets its best ratings due to its amazing location. It’s truly one of the best being directly a crossed from one of the most beautiful parks in all of Columbus, Goodale Park. That being stated, it’s right off 670 where it meets goodale so it does come with a bit of street noise. Although our home is a bit older, this space comes fully furnished with all of your modern lodging accommodations including a full kitchen with a full set of dishes, cooking utensils, high end dishwasher, oven, microwave and stove top. Our living area is furnished decoratively with plenty of seating arrangements, lush leather couches, a desk area and television set. The bedroom houses a closet for storage with a queen sized bed for two. Extra guests can sleep comfortably on our high end air mattress or leather couch. A shared washer and dryer is available on the basement level along with additional storage. Also an amazing feat, this space comes with free off street parking, a rarity in any greater metropolitan area. In the heart of historic Old Town East, this house is 2 blocks from the beautiful Franklin Park & Conservatory. It is also very close to downtown, Nationwide Children's Hospital, & German Village, the Short North, Columbus International Airport, & Ohio State University. Eating establishments nearby include Yellow Brick Pizza, Angry Baker, Upper Cup Coffee, Harvest Pizza, Giuseppe's Ritrovo, Aab Indian Restaurant, & more. Two blocks from a COTA bus stop. Easy & quick access to I-70 & I-71.

Charming space, all hardwood floors, and large windows with lots of light and full front porch. You will have a private second-floor bedroom with a new queen size bed & a private bathroom. Guests have complete access to the house. This includes access and use of the kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry area, and outdoor spaces. Complimentary high-speed WiFi, TV, and full front porch. I do not have pets.

Old Town East is one of the oldest neighborhoods in the city. The redevelopment of the neighborhood began about two decades ago and my street has been transformed over the last few years as more and more houses have been renovated and updated. There are also several new builds nearby on my street. The neighborhood is quiet and I know all of my neighbors. They are interesting, diverse, and super-friendly people. Parts of the neighborhood are still transitioning and this is clear on a couple of streets that most GPS mapping programs will take you down when you exit I-70 or I-71. The area around my home is safe and well maintained. I encourage visitors to use the Broad Street Exit near downtown as an alternative - it won't add any time on to your trip. As you head east down Broad Street you'll see some amazingly restored historic houses as well as Franklin Park, which is beautiful and perfect for running, walking, and exploring.

Directly facing Goodale Park on its SW corner, its best in class location is a few minutes (250 feet to 1/2 a mile) walking distance to all of your Convention Center, Nationwide Arena District, Short North and Downtown recreational and business endeavors.

Posto eccellente dove stare. Situato a 10 minuti a piedi dalla Hockey Arena. Posto molto pulito e ben tenuto dove stare. Passaggi molto facili da verificare. Prenoterei di nuovo se necessario in futuro. 5 stelle!

Ottima posizione. Vicino al centro congressi. Molto pulito. Letti confortevoli Molti piccoli ristoranti nella zona. Svantaggio; siamo stati qui alla fine di giugno ed erano anni '90. L'up-scale rimane molto caldo e 2 delle camere da letto sono al piano di sopra. Suggerito forse alcuni fan di ceiliing.

There's a smart TV with Roku and Netflix (there is no cable) & free WiFi! Wood style flooring throughout and floor to ceiling windows allowing for lots of natural light. A washer and dryer is available inside the apartment for your convenience. A modern shower is located inside the bathroom. Enjoy a workout in the fitness center. There are multiple parking options nearby in an indoor garage or surface lot, however it is paid at your own expense. The sleeping area with the queen bed does not have any doors.

This is perfectly situated between Columbus Commons (across the street) and Scioto Mile. The Ohio Theatres is only a block away and Capitol Square is only 2 blocks away. Bicentennial Park and Scioto Mile is just a 5 minute walk. Grant Medical Center, the Brewery District, German Village, Columbus Museum of Art and Nationwide Arena are all within a mile away. The Ohio State University is only a 10 minute drive. Multiple dining options are just a few blocks away.

Enjoy your stay in Columbus with us. This cozy home features modern furnishes, unique abstract artwork, and is located just 13 minutes from downtown Columbus! This historic neighborhood is quiet, safe, and great for families or groups of friends. Conveniently located 6 minutes away from shopping and dining.

Our place is perfect for travelers between 1-8 people. The living room features a modern tufted futon, two accent chairs, and a 4K Smart TV. The Kitchen comes equip with pots, pans, dishes and cooking utensils. It seats 6 (4 dining chairs and 2 bar stools). The bedrooms feature 2 comfortable memory foam mattresses and 1 non-memory foam mattress (still comfy!) Air mattress available upon request.

The home is located in a historic neighborhood in the Bexley community. The street is a bit dark at night (the street lighting could be brighter), but it is quiet and safe nonetheless. Not a lot of street noise and activity.
