Featured on FYI Network's Tiny House Hunters! Very spacious houseboat with a vaulted ceiling in the main cabin (living room). Sleeps 3 comfortably. Lots of room to move around with a queen size bed in the Captain's Quarters (Bedroom) and a twin bed in the living room that's a day bed. FAQ: Q: Location? A: Mid-Peninsula Downtown Charleston which is roughly 1.5 - 2 miles to the heart of the historic district. A five minute / $6 Uber away or take the bikes! The boats are located downtown in a private marina where our 5-6 boats are slipped & only shared with a large mega-yacht that rents the outside slippage 5 months out of the year. We rent this slippage from Seabreeze Dry Stack Marina (49 Immigration Street). This accommodation is for people looking for peace and tranquility as the setting of the marina is quiet and secluded. You'll have a stunning view of Charleston Harbor and the Ravenel Bridge. Q: How can I see all of your boats for rent? Our boats are designed with live-aboard / stay-aboard in mind with all the creature comforts of home. Fully stocked kitchens, premium furnishings, updated HVAC, TV, Keurig coffee makers… etc. Q: Any restaurants close by? A: TONS! Some of Charleston’s best are within a mile of the marina. Q: How to book: A: If you don’t have any questions after reading over the FAQ below then simple instant book. If you send an inquiry we’ll respond promptly, if not immediately. Q: Why is the price so different for my dates? A: Airbnb automatically sets our prices based on demand & seasonality. If you don’t search with exact dates Airbnb shows the lowest price throughout the season. Prices range from $99 per night for weekday day-of bookings in January all the way to $499 per night for weekends during peak season summer and everywhere in-between. Q: Bathroom… explain! A: The boat is equipped with an apartment sized (12 gallon) water heater ensuring you get hot water throughout the boat. You'll always have enough hot water to enjoy a 10 - 15 minute shower. The boat has a full sized marine toilet that is easy to use as long as you follow our simple instructions. Q: Heat? Air Conditioning? A: Our boats are equipped with BOTH ample Heat & Air Conditioning. No matter the time of year you can be assured that you will be staying in a climate controlled & comfortable environment. Q: Can we take the boats out & drive them? A: No. We don’t carry any insurance for bareboat charters but we do offer captained Charters on specific boats which are really fun! Charters include sightseeing in Downtown harbor, sunset cruises, full hay & ½ day cruises, special moments like engagements, or anything else you can think of. All charter requests are handled via inquiry & paid through Airbnb as part of your stay. Q: Can I check-in earlier than 4 or Checkout later than 10? A: We will do our best. Most days there’s someone checking in the same day there’s a checkout but we try & go above and beyond if this is requested. Q: Can we fish from the dock or boats? A: Absolutely! We ask that you fish either from the side or front of the vessel & stay clear of the props so your line doesn’t get prop/shaft wrapped. Fishing from the dock is also allowed as long as you mind the props of the vessels. You can easily get a fishing license from the DNR online. We operate on the honor system & don’t check for licenses but ask that you support the local DNR & pay the small fee to make it legal. We don’t supply fishing equipment & keep in mind there are no tackle shops in Downtown Charleston. Shrimp from the local Q: What to expect that's different than a hotel? A: It's a boat, it is a unique FUN experience. There may be noises and smells that you'd expect from a boat. Pumps, motors, ocean water, etc. Every boat is broken the day it hits the water, especially salt water. We take great care of our fleet but we expect guests to tell us if anything isn’t working properly & we will PROMPTLY respond & repair. Q: Waves? A: The marina has a sea wall which dilutes any waves. We are also lucky enough to be tucked behind Drum Island at the base of the Ravenel Bridge. which dilutes almost all the waves from the harbor. There is still a small amount of wave action and you'll feel a slight rock from time-to-time, mostly from boats passing by who don’t respect the no wake zone (feel free to yell at them & shake your first while doing so). If there's a bad storm or the wave action gets to a point that your stay is no longer enjoyable, we will do our best (no guarantees) to work out alternative accommodations for you as we have multiple condos Downtown for landlubbers. Your comfort is our top priority. 99% of the time the marina is almost totally flat and calm. We also keep dramamine on the dock incase anyone experiences sea sickness. Q: Will you reduce your price? A: No(ISH)... Maybe, but unlikely. Don’t expect a price reduction unless it’s the slow season & you’re messaging about days within 1-4 days of check-in or you’re looking for a long-term stay in the off season (see next “Q”). If you message us with a booking that somewhat fits the criteria above & tell us a budget we can try & work with you on one of our 6 boats. “Will you reduce the price of a weekend booking a month away” will always be a “no”. Q: Do you do long-term or monthly rentals? A: We have done long term rentals in the past. From March 1 - October 30 the boats are rented at a 90% occupancy rate so the monthly rate is only slightly reduced compared to the daily rate (around 20%). From November through February we’re much more flexible depending on length of stay & which vessel you’re interested in. It helps us to know your budget and we can tell you if we have anything that could work. Q: Smoking? A: On the outside only & please be responsible. Kindly don’t light the boat on fire. Q: Do you allow pets? A: You bet! We ask that dogs not be puppies, don’t scratch at doors, and don’t bark incessantly while you’re away. The boats are close together & a non-stop barking dog isn’t appreciated. We DEEP clean the boats after pets stay aboard due to future guests’ possible allergies so a $75 pet fee is applied for those who travel with pets. If you have a service dog & try to circumvent the pet fee be prepared to present FULL documentation. Q: Can we hold events or parties? A: No. This is a place to relax. We ask that there be no events or parties on the boats so the other guests can enjoy their stay. Q: You charge extra for more than 2 adults, do my kids count? A: Any child over the age of 13 is considered an adult & needs to be represented in the booking inquiry as an additional guest. Q: Is the marina safe? A: VERY. We have 24/7 surveillance & in the 3 years we’ve been here we’ve never had any sort of issue. We share an entrance with the port authority which has a 24/7 guarded gate. You turn into the marina before the guarded gate but it scares off any would-be pests. The parking lot & dock is well lit & the marina is right off East Bay which is one of the main roads in Downtown Charleston. All boats lock from inside & you can padlock the door when you leave if you wish to lock up your belongings. The marina is only us & we’re here daily looking over the fleet. Q: Handicap accessible? A: No. You'll need to get on the boat which requires a 1-2' step and there are steps on the boat. The deck stairs are steep and you'll need to be sure footed. Q: Parking? A: Yes, you can park your car. Since it’s a small private marina the walk to the parking lot from the boat is only roughly 50-70 yards. Q: Can I trailer my small boat & side-tie it to the boat I rented? A: You can bring your boat but it must be arranged with the marina & there’s nowhere to park a trailer. There’s also nowhere close by to slip the boat so do your research on boat landings. The marina will charge you small fee (roughly $40 - $60 nightly) to wet-slip the boat. Q: Space & Comfort? A: You'll find the layout of the boat extremely spacious and comfortable. The bed is a Queen (ish) size. Queen with slight modifications to fit the space. The shower is tall and comfortable for anyone 6’4” & under. Q: I have a non-profit, will you donate a free stay to my gala? A: I’m sure your cause is worthy, but we get this request far too often so we must decline. Q: I’m a blogger / photographer / ninja trainer… will you barter? A: No. Please don’t ask. We don’t pay our slip rent with your blog posts. Q: Will you partner with my local company or buy my advertising? A: We get penalized through Airbnb if we don’t respond to all inquiries which means we must respond to your spam. You won’t like our message so don’t send it. Q: Will this be the best vacation I’ve ever had and should I book now? A: Without a doubt.
Extremely safe and private marina in downtown Charleston. The entrance to the marina is shared with the Port Authority which has a 24/7 guard. There is a train which blocks the road to the marina leading into the port authority but it only comes 1-2X per day. Sometimes it can block the roadway for up to 20 minutes but that is infrequent.

This rental is a two story villa and an incredibly serene and relaxing space. On the first floor there is a small kitchenette, large living area with pull out sofa, and half bath. The kitchenette includes a full size fridge, toaster oven, microwave, pots & pans, dinnerware, basic cooks tools, and a stove top with two burners. There is no traditional oven or dishwasher. There is a dining table for two but no formal dining area. Sleep comfortably in the king size bed upstairs and enjoy the peaceful natural light that beams through the windows surrounding the entire second floor.
This property is located in the Cannonborough-Elliotborough neighborhood, which is considered the "Gateway to the Peninsula". Along the Spring Street and Cannon Street corridor are local restaurants, flower shops, bakeries, and small boutiques.

Fix breakfast in the neatly arrayed, straight-aspect kitchen then serve it up at the breakfast bar in this cheery guest suite. The garage-based, studio-style space features no separating walls and offers warm polished wooden floors and a love seat. We JUST PUT IN A QUEEN SIZED BED! So disregard the reviews where people weren’t happy with the full sized bed ( even though it was listed as such when they booked it)!
This is a cool, clean, modern detached garage apartment in Charleston's coolest neighborhood- Avondale. Avondale has been named coolest neighborhood 3 years running by Charleston City Paper, and it's easy to see why. Walk or bike to over a dozen pubs, restaurants, shops, salons, yoga studios, etc... including Pearlz, Al di la, Triangle, The Glass Onion, Mex 1, Gene's Haufbrau, Voodoo, and The Roost, (to name a few) all just a block or so away from the apartment. We are only 3 miles to the heart of historic downtown Charleston, and only 20 minutes to Folly, Sullivan's or Isle of Palms. We are also only a few blocks from the West Ashley greenway- a local biking/walking/running path that cuts through the city. It's a great way to get your exercise in, or to get over to South Windemere shopping center to do a little eating at Med Bistro or shopping at Half Moon Outfitters. The apartment is a true studio- with no walls separating living areas, but it's charming and clean, and you can't beat the location. Fully equipped kitchen as well. This IS NOT downtown Charleston- it is just over the drawbridge from the peninsula. You will have access to beach chairs, a beach Umbrella and a cooler if you would like. Anything else, just ask and we will try to accommodate ! We try to meet all guests face to face upon check in if possible, but occasionally leave a key under the mat if we aren't going to be around. Other than that- we don't interact with guests much unless we see each other coming and going in the driveway. Feel free to approach us with questions, but we understand how guests prefer privacy on vacation, and we try to respect this. A car is the best way to get downtown- even though it's only a few miles a way there is no bike lane on the Ashley River bridge- so unless you are an experienced bike rider - I would drive- but once you are downtown, walking or biking is the best way to see everything. Closer to home, here in Avondale, almost everything is within walking or biking distance, and it's easy to get around that way. An uber ride downtown is $8-$10.Taxis are fairly inexpensive as well, and there is a city bus that stops a block away, but Charleston isn't known for its public transit, so I can't vouch for it. There are also water taxis that can take you to Mount Pleasant and back! There is a tall set of stairs leading up to the apartment and the shower is pretty small.
Avondale is a trendy community just outside the Charleston peninsula – about 3 miles from the heart of the historic district. It is comprised of several modest but eclectic neighborhoods surrounding a thriving bar and restaurant scene.

  • Questo posto era tutto ciò che ci aspettavamo e di più. Mia moglie ed io siamo stati benissimo a Charleston e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il posto si trova in un grande quartiere che a sua volta ha buoni ristoranti, bar, un birrificio e negozi tutti raggiungibili a piedi. Avventurarsi nel centro di Charleston era facile e molto accessibile dal luogo, a soli 8 minuti di tragitto. Entrambi abbiamo guidato e usato Uber per andare in giro e l'abbiamo trovato molto semplice. Il posto è comodo, pulito e di buone dimensioni per una coppia. Sebbene non siamo riusciti a incontrare di persona Brett o Shannon, hanno avuto un'ottima comunicazione tramite messaggi. Il check-in / check-out è stato velocissimo.

  • Lo spazio di Brett e Shannon era perfetto per noi! Siamo una coppia che voleva trascorrere un lungo weekend a Charleston esplorando tutto ciò che ha da offrire. Questo spazio era in una posizione perfetta! Non abbiamo noleggiato un'auto, ma è stato un breve viaggio da e per l'aeroporto e poi circa 10 minuti per arrivare in centro in un Uber. C'era anche un sacco da fare a pochi passi che abbiamo adorato. Shannon è tornata a casa durante la pausa pranzo per pulire e preparare lo spazio per noi da quando eravamo arrivati prima dell'orario di check-in ed era disponibile ogni volta che ne avevamo bisogno. Il letto era super comodo, tutto era pulito e lo spazio in generale sembrava di essere a casa. Abbiamo trascorso la maggior parte del nostro tempo in giro, ma questo era il posto perfetto in cui tornare quando abbiamo finito e hanno preso un caffè per rifornirci di carburante :)

  • Questo è un posto eccellente in cui soggiornare quando si visita Charleston! Mentre molto vicino al centro della città, la posizione più residenziale offre un buon senso della vita locale. È anche estremamente accessibile se stai esplorando più lontano come Savannah, Folly Island ecc. Era una casa lontano da casa con molti tocchi premurosi come i libri di Anthony Bourdain e altri di interesse locale. Brett e Shannon furono estremamente rapidi nel rispondere e aiutarono dove necessario! Altamente raccomandato!

  • Di recente abbiamo alloggiato per due notti a casa di Brett e Shannon. Erano super reattivi e accoglienti. Il loro posto aveva tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. La posizione è molto comoda. Vicino a negozi di alimentari, bar, ristoranti e solo a 10-15 minuti in auto dal centro di Charleston. Brett e Shannon avevano anche una serie di menu e mappe piene di raccomandazioni. Vorrei menzionare che la doccia è un po 'piccola ma dato tutti gli aspetti positivi non esiteremmo a tornarci.

  • Questo posto è stato FANTASTICO! Proprio nel cuore di Charleston con tutte le principali attrazioni a 10 minuti dal luogo. Abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare il posto al 1 °. Ci siamo messi in contatto con i padroni di casa e ci hanno contattato immediatamente e ci hanno accompagnato passo dopo passo al telefono fino a quando non siamo arrivati. Molto piacevole e amichevole. Il posto è piccolo ma quando sei a Charleston, trascorri tutto il tempo che puoi esplorare, quindi non ci importava affatto.   • Il posto di Brett & Shannon era tutto ciò che immaginavamo e molto altro! Prima di tutto, ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli prima dell'orario di check-in e quando siamo arrivati tutto era pulito e pronto a partire per noi in modo da poter rinfrescarci un po 'prima di andare in città! Hanno lasciato appunti con suggerimenti su dove mangiare e così tanto vicino a casa e persino ai negozi di alimentari! Era solo circa 10 minuti in città e non ci è mai costato più di $ 9 per un Uber. Il letto era super confortevole. Avevano sedie a sdraio nella tettoia che abbiamo utilizzato per una gita di un giorno in spiaggia, questa è stata un'aggiunta fantastica. Ritornerei sicuramente- posizione fantastica!

    Located in the quiet Wagener Terrace Neighborhood in downtown Charleston just about a 3-5 minute drive (or short bike ride) from Upper King, amazing restaurants and shopping. Gorgeous 76 acre Hampton Park is right around the corner as well as the Citadel Military College and the Ashley River. Our local Charleston farmer's market at Marion Square is just over a mile and half away along with many historic sites. Everything downtown is very convenient and easily accessible by car, taxi, pedicab, or bike. Uber is now alive and well in Charleston. Feel free to bring your own bikes or I can recommend some nearby bike rental companies.
  • Il posto di Anne Marie è un ottimo posto dove andare a Charleston. Lo spazio è molto ben tenuto e decorato in ogni dettaglio. Ha ottimi consigli per i luoghi in cui andare in città. Diversi ristoranti sono a breve distanza a piedi e l'area del centro cittadino è a solo un paio di miglia di distanza (abbiamo guidato la macchina a causa del tempo ma sarebbe facilmente raggiungibile in bicicletta o in taxi).

  • Il posto di Anne Marie era il luogo perfetto per il nostro primo viaggio a Charleston. La stanza era adorabile e molto pulita. Comodo letto e ottima doccia. Anne Marie ha anche fornito consigli su ristoranti e cose da fare durante la visita. La casa era vicinissima alla King street, dove si trovavano i migliori ristoranti, bar e negozi. Siamo stati benissimo e spero di poter tornare di nuovo!

Not only are you 5 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from downtown, you are walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and safe. The entire studio is private. Features hardwood floors and an updated bathroom. Shared backyard has great shade and an area to sit and relax.

I do not allow pets, but there are pets on the property and in the other units. You can expect to see friendly dogs, cats, and lots of birds enjoying the back yard. Fish and a turtle can sometimes be seen in the pond. Please do not allow any pets inside the unit during your stay.     Nestled in the Historic Plantation District between Summerville & Charleston, our timberframe "bunkhouse" offers privacy, comfort & convenience. This 850+ sq ft retreat includes full kitchen & bath, 2 dbl beds, twin bed & plenty of living space. There's a private entrance, so come & go as you please (we're right next door if you need us). We're minutes from Middleton Place, Drayton Hall & Magnolia Gardens, an easy drive to downtown Charleston, historic Summerville, beaches & golf courses.
    Park under the grand oaks, follow the walkway around to your private entrance and make yourself at home! The "bunkhouse" is a newly renovated spacious loft above our detached oversized garage. It is completely private yet bright and cheerful, with large windows that look out over our wooded property. You may see deer and other wildlife (and our little flock of chickens) but you won't see another house and you won't hear the sounds of traffic, just owls, crickets and the occasional "cock-a-doodle-doo" of our good lookin' rooster. Step inside and you'll find a well equipped kitchen with a full size refrigerator and stove, a large island, coffee maker, coffee, tea, bottled water, ice, a few snacks and maybe even some fresh eggs from our chickens that roam the property. The hanging beds, cozy quilts and comfy pillows might just make you want to extend your stay! The bathroom has a roomy shower and plenty of fresh fluffy towels, shampoo, soap, hairdryer, etc. There's also satellite TV (Directv) and books & games for you to enjoy. You'll find a selection of maps, brochures and restaurant guides for Charleston and Summerville to help you plan your adventures. (Yes, food is an adventure in Charleston!).
    We're located on a large wooded piece of property on a private road, so there's no traffic and lots of peace and quiet. We have chickens that roam the property, honeybees and (seasonally) a vegetable/herb garden. It's the perfect place to get away, relax...nap...maybe even write that novel.

    Welcome to our apartment it's a great one, 3 blocks off of King St. A short walk to the great food, entertainment, shopping, and historic buildings of Charleston. If you want to drive 15 mins to a beach, we have off street private parking. Convenience store across the street! The apartment is currently unfurnished. Wecan furnish the apartment for a yearly or 6 month rental. Off street parking comes with the stay in beautiful downtown Charleston.
    This is a classical architectural Charleston single home built in circa 1860. Ideally located in downtown charleston, about center of the peninsula. It is a small two story brick building with the narrow side of the apartment facing the street. The long covered porch with haint blue ceilings is the perfect way to enjoy the moderate temperatures of the fall, winter and spring. Apartment A has a keyless entry with a combination to access the home, enabling you to arrive late if you need. There is a kitchen and dining nook on the first floor along with a powder room for guests. There is a private master bedroom upstairs with closet, full bath and a washing and drying machine. We do also have Wifi and touring information.

  • Questo valore non può essere battuto. Megan è un padrone di casa fantastico. Era estremamente reattiva e la casa era esattamente come descritta. La posizione è a solo un paio di isolati da King Street, che offre tantissimi ottimi ristoranti e bar. La posizione è sicuramente in una zona delicata, quindi potresti sentirti titubante passeggiare di notte, ma è una zona molto sicura e bella da esplorare durante il giorno se cammini verso ovest.     This pet-friendly, unique apartment is detached from my home. The location (located within the heart of Park Circle) is a very short drive to downtown, the airport, Tanger outlets, etc. However, many guests have a hard time leaving the downtown Park Circle as it provides a wealth of great dining and nightlife.
    Park Circle was voted by Matador Network as one of the top 10 trendiest neighborhoods in the US. This property is located beside Quarterman Park (Duck Pond) and is less than a mile from the great dining and nightlife in Park Circle.

    Perfectly situated between Folly Beach and Downtown Charleston our newly renovated home is the best location for those wanting to explore Charleston. The home is part of a duplex. There is 1 Bedroom with a queen bed, a queen-size pull-out bed in the living room and 1 bathroom. There is a small kitchenette in the living area. Enjoy a small patio with two adirondack chairs. There is room for 2 cars in the driveway.
    Our space is cute, clean, modern and also compact. The same size as a small 1 BDR apartment or studio we recommend our space for couples. The sofa in the living area pulls-out into a queen bed. We like our guests to have a heads-up that when pulled out the sofa bed makes the walkway to the bathroom a tighter space. The kitchenette has a small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The kitchen is stocked with dinnerware, utensils, coffee, and tea. The bathroom is fully stocked with towels, hand-towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a hairdryer. The shower is a stand-up only; there is no tub in the bathroom. The living area has a Roku enabled TV with Netflix, Hulu, and other apps already logged in for your enjoyment. Cable TV is also available. My daughter Renae and her boyfriend Brad cohost my house. They have 2 other Airbnb's in Charleston and will be the contact person with you during your stay. They are very familiar with both Charleston and Airbnb hosting and are happy to help with recommendations, information, and answer any questions you might have.
    The house is located in a residential area on James Island. We are situated about 6 miles to Folly Beach in one direction and 6 miles to Downtown Charleston in the other direction.

    Cute and comfortable studio in downtown. This rental is only available for 30+ night rentals and is perfect for people in town for work or if you are relocating to Charleston and need a temporary home.
    Newly renovated 1 bedroom studio with queen bed and sleeper sofa. Newly renovated studio apartment in Downtown Charleston in a larger home with a private entrance. This unit has it's own private bath, queen size bed, flat screen TV, sofa and kitchen. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, hot plate, cookware, dishware, utensils and drink-ware. The temperature in the unit is controlled by a personal heating and cooling system. The full bath has a stand up shower with glass enclosure. All of the new furnishings are beautiful yet functional and the bed is very comfortable. There is a flat screen TV with cable and access to wireless internet included. Each bedroom has a sound machine to help block out any regular city noise and a multi-port changing station. We provide luxurious linens and towels for your stay. There is also access to a shared washer and dryer. It is outside of the unit and shared with the other studio apartment. We do not provide laundry detergent. Please inquire about parking availability and pricing. Please note that this unit is available with a 30 night minimum only. We utilize a key-less entry system, making check in seamless. We also provide trip planning assistance including recommendations on things to do, places to go and where to eat. If you have any questions or issues during your stay we have on-call staff available 24-7. It is 4 miles to downtown and 5.2 miles to Battery Park at the tip of the Peninsula. My place is 13.2 miles from Folly Beach and 13.1 to the beach on Sullivan's Island.
    I've lived in the house for about 10 years. Its full of relics from my travels.
    My house is in the centrally-located Heathwood neighborhood West of the Ashley River. It is less than a mile from Home Team BBQ and Tin Roof, which are good local places for food and live music. You can also walk to Charles Towne Landing, the State Historic Site, which is a lovely park.

    Perfectly situated between Folly Beach and Downtown Charleston our newly renovated home is the best location for those wanting to explore all that Charleston has to offer. The home is part of a duplex located in the center of James Island. There are 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds and 1 bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dinnerware. There is a small back patio outside the sliding glass doors in the living room. The private driveway can accommodate 2 cars.
    My daughter Renae and her boyfriend Brad cohost my house. They have 2 other Airbnb's in Charleston and will be the contact person with you during your stay. They are very familiar with both Charleston and Airbnb hosting and are happy to help with recommendations, information, and answer any questions you might have.
    The house is located in a residential area on James Island. We are situated about 6 miles to Folly Beach in one direction and 6 miles to Downtown Charleston in the other direction.

Le mie tre (3) migliori amiche e io stavamo viaggiando a Charleston per la prima volta per un viaggio di ragazze e questa casa aveva tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Si trovava in una posizione relativamente centrale a James Island, a breve distanza da Folly Beach (14 minuti) ea circa 15/20 minuti da Uber per il centro di Charleston, sempre in base al traffico e all'ora del giorno.   • Dan's Place era una grande casa con due camere da letto appena fuori dal centro di Charleston. Abbiamo davvero apprezzato il modo in cui il posto è stato decorato!     Close to DOWNTOWN CHARLESTON, arts, culture, restaurants, dining, parks. Private room over garage of my home w/ a SEPARATE entrance. Large rm with a sitting area, KING size Bed , full bath with tile floors and granite counter. Keurig coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator with a freezer provided. Walking distance to restaurants, movie theater and laundry mat in the Riverland Terrace neighborhood. A short Uber ride to downtown Charleston ( less than 15 minutes ) and about 15 min to Folly Beach.
    Everyone that stays in the Loft loves the privacy and the spaciousness of it. The room is about 320 sq feet with a KING size bed with a new Certa Mattress. There is a comfortable sitting area with a 40 inch flat screen TV where you can sit back and relax. There is plenty of parking and guests enter through a private entrance that is separate from the main house. Guests have their own central Heat and Air to have complete control over their room temperatures. All guests have equated the space to that of a luxury hotel room with everything they could possibly want including an ironing board and iron! Also the Intracoastal Waterway is right across the street. There is a spot across from the house where guests can go to watch the sunset over the water and sit and relax with their morning coffee or afternoon wine.
    The property is located in the historic Riverland Terrace neighborhood. The grounds of the area were once Wappoo Hall Plantation. There is a gorgeous avenue of oaks well over 100 years old right around the corner. This is a great neighborhood to walk or bike in. The Intracoastal Waterway and the Stono River boarder the neighborhood. Beautiful sunsets can be found just across the street. The Loft is very close to downtown Charleston and Folly Beach. This is a premier area of Charleston. Bordering the neighborhood is Terrace Plaza which is home to an art-house theater ( wine or beer available for purchase to take into the movie ), upscale women's salon, flower market/gift store, nail salon, and several restaurants.

    Nestled between the Charleston plantations and downtown, enjoy a private ensuite bathroom with a Comfortaire queen bed with dual select comfort settings. Enjoy WIFI, TV, bedroom suit for storage, ceiling fan, & access to kitchen with coffee.
    The room has a queen Comfortaire mattress that has dual adjustable firmness control. The room includes a night stand, chest, and TV with cable. The ensuite bathroom is used only by you, and has a shower. There is a tankless gas water heater that provides endless hot water. WIFI is included. If you wish to stay more than 27 days, a formal lease and security deposit is required. There is space for one (1) vehicle, and your space is one out of three on the parking pad in the rear of the house. All other vehicles must be parked off site as the other spaces are reserved.
    The neighborhood is a mixture of new and old, generally with older small houses. One end of the street houses the Citadel mall and theater (1/2 mile from house). Note that the home is on a busy street. Traffic noise in the room is considered acceptable, as it is has soundproofing on the windows, but we suggest that light sleepers bring a fan or a white noise machine just in case.

Siamo venuti in città per un festival musicale e avevamo solo bisogno di un posto accogliente dove trascorrere qualche ora tra un set e un posto comodo dove dormire. Quando siamo arrivati, Stephanie stava piantando fiori nel cortile ed era così accomodante. Ci ha dato idee per posti dove mangiare e istruzioni specifiche per il nostro soggiorno. Matt è venuto per regolare il codice all'ingresso ed è stato molto gentile. Stavano entrambi lavorando nel cortile quando li abbiamo visti ed eravamo sempre cordiali chiedendo come stavamo facendo. Il posto è perfettamente pulito e il letto è molto confortevole. È come descritto per quanto riguarda lo spazio, quindi se stai cercando una casa vacanza piuttosto che una sistemazione in hotel, questo potrebbe non soddisfare le tue esigenze.     At 522 square feet, this home is perfect for the adventure traveler, a romantic getaway or someone in search of a relaxing getaway. Only minutes from the Angel Oak Tree, Historic Charleston, Folly Beach, Kiawah Island Beach, two public boat landings, and golf courses. Folly Beach is 15 miles, Kiawah is 12 miles and downtown is 10 miles. A private entrance is lined with mature trees.     Currently available as a furnished month rental this newly renovated condo (with a pool!) sits just outside of downtown Charleston and is a 5 minute walk to the center of Avondale, the most walkable neighborhood for food and shopping outside of downtown Charleston. With plenty of parking at the condo community, enjoy a cheap Uber downtown. This location is also central to MUSC, Roper, and Trident. Folly Beach is just a 15 minute drive away!
    Our 750 square foot 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo, on the second (top) floor of this condo community is a fantastic value for 2 to 4 guests looking to stay very close to downtown Charleston. Recently renovated, every renovation choice was made to make the condo feel airy, bright, clean, and slightly minimalist. Each room has a ceiling fan with a remote you can use from the couch or bed. The bedrooms have queen beds, blackout shades, memory foam mattresses, Egyptian cotton sheets, and four pillows. Each bedroom has luggage stands, and hangers in the closet, so that you can unpack some of your personal affects. The kitchen is brand new with sleek and modern appliances, soft close drawers, and a quartz counter-top. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials: dishware, cookware, olive oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, and filtered water in the refrigerator. The Roku 42" TV has Netflix, and HBO GO built in and you can also access any additional applications that you have subscriptions to. There is plenty of parking available and you will have access to a pool with a barbecue and hangout space just steps from your door. This is a condo community, so there are public balconies, walkways, and neighbors close by.
    This condo is just outside of downtown Charleston and in a popular neighborhood called Avondale and walking distance to its main strip. Avondale is a hip social center for food, drink, and shopping. This location is also central to Folly beach, and the plantations in the greater West Ashley area. It is a fantastic location for seeing all that the Charleston area has to offer.     Come stay in a Cozy room and enjoy beautiful Charleston! Our house was remodeled less than 2 years ago inside and out. We are centrally located to some of the most popular attractions to this area. You’ll be 3 minutes from the two major highways that take you anywhere (i26 and i526). (See “Getting Around” Section)
    Come relax in a cozy queen bed with locking bedroom door. The space fits 2 adults in the bed and 1-2 kids on the floor. Not meant for more than 2 adults. If you have kids please contact us so we can edit the accommodations to allow for more than 2 guests. We also have a pack n play and booster seat upon request, just let us know in advance so we can reserve them for you. Standard amenities are provided.     We are less than 3 minutes from i26 and i526, which will take you anywhere. Because of how close we are to everything, the neighborhood isn't the prettiest, but it's safe and you'll love staying with us! We do live in an older up and coming neighborhood with several homes around us being renovated. This is a not a “dangerous” neighborhood or the “ghetto”. Just old. Almost every house on the street has kids and the ones that don’t have elderly living there. If may be concerned about the neighborhood (which we nor our over 700 guests) have had a single issue in over 2 years, please book elsewhere. We don’t give refunds because you feel unsafe or something similar.

    Charming elegant,older home located in the Hampton Park area, located about 2 mile to Historic area,near Citadel, MUSC and CofC. HOME IS CLOSE TOO BUT NOT IN HISTORIC AREA...PLEASE BE AWARE YOU CAN RIDE OR WALK BUT ITS NOT NEXT DOOR.35 minute walk- Fun restaurants close as is the Hampton Park and Riley baseball stadium Private room-queen bed, private bath with interaction of the pets/host based on guest's interest. Come and go as you please from your private area. GPS is confusing,ask.
    My lovely animals(dogs and cats) will be more than happy to greet you and receive your undivided attention should you choose. They are in a restricted area away from the rooms,cat will visit the bathroom area and dogs will play if you want . Bed is very comfortable due to extra 's
    My neighborhood is in the Hampton Park area only ten minutes(ride) 35 minute walk from the downtown area. Most of the people are nice and quiet starting new families. Neighborhood is in transition with new families moving in and working on their homes.

    Stay in centrally located Park Circle for a charming Charleston experience you won't get downtown! * 1-2 minute walk to Park Circle restaurants and bars * 10 minute drive from the Charleston International Airport * 10-20 minute drive to Historic Downtown Charleston * 30 minute drive to local beaches - Drives times are assuming traffic isn't awful! It can get bad during peak seasons, but the point is, we are very centrally located in the Charleston area! :)
    Our 100 year old Sears Roebuck home is a Park Circle relic. Built in 1917, and rumored to have been officer's housing for the nearby Navy Base, our home is full of personality and quirks. You'll stay in our newly converted, cozy detached garage guesthouse. Enjoy some Netflix (via high-speed Wifi) on the Roku from the comfort of the memory foam queen size bed or with your feet kicked up on the perfectly lived in leather couch (great for cat naps). I do want to specify that we don’t have basic cable. Through the Roku you can login to Netflix, Hulu, etc! Have a cup of coffee or tea at the quaint dining table, or relax in the full bathroom's tub! Everything you need perfectly tucked into our little guesthouse. * Exceptionally close (less than a block away) to Park Circle's main drag of nightlife, restaurants, and shops - East Montague Ave. Perfect for a walk to grab dinner and drinks! * Less than 5 minute drive to Riverfront Park at the old Navy Base.
    Park Circle is truly a hidden gem. We are about 10-15 minutes drive from Historic Downtown Charleston, but Park Circle has tons to offer on it's own. We are centrally located to all of Charleston metro, within a 30 minute drive you can be at any of the 3 popular beaches or other fun destinations. Within walking distance you'll find shops, a popular sports bar, an award winning pizza joint, an Irish Pub, TWO wine bars, a burger spot, a Vietnamese restaurant, and more!
