  • Ciao Miriam, Grazie mille per avermi permesso di rimanere nel tuo alloggio mentre ero a Canberra per la recente settimana di seduta. Una nota per chiunque cerchi uno spazio in cui soggiornare a Canberra, questo posto merita sicuramente una considerazione, soprattutto per lunghi soggiorni. Una posizione straordinaria e solo $ 10,00 Uber in tutte le principali località, compresa la sede del Parlamento. Era perfettamente pulito all'arrivo ed estremamente facile accesso. La grande cucina al piano inferiore è anche estremamente utile se ti piace preparare i tuoi pasti e pranzi. Il letto era estremamente comodo e ci sono molte coperte extra se ti ritrovi un po 'freddo di notte. Anche se non fanno il trucco, il sistema di riscaldamento eliminerà sicuramente il freddo nell'aria! C'è una lavatrice e un'asciugatrice e un ferro e asse da stiro. Quasi tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno per un lungo viaggio d'affari o una settimana di riposo a Canberra per farti passare nel massimo comfort. Era quasi come tornare a casa ogni notte. Questo posto è davvero il migliore!

  • Il posto era molto pulito, la nostra camera era bellissima e il letto molto comodo. Dana è fantastica. Il supermercato è a 10 minuti a piedi. Non avevamo la macchina, la passeggiata per il centro città dura 50 minuti o la metropolitana leggera è a 10 minuti da casa. Ne vale la pena per il prezzo, lo consigliamo vivamente!

    The apartment is secure and within walking distance to Lonsdale St in Braddon where there are many amazing restaurants and bars as well as Knightsbridge nightclub.

    Recently renovated apartment in the heart of Canberra on the +2 floor with lift access and entrance key tags. A cozy little balcony, nice and clean bathroom, well equipped open kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The apartment is a large studio about 60 square meters surrounded by restaurants, food courts and shops within 5 mins walking distance. Free on-street parking in front of the apartment at night (likely available). covered parking is 15$ per night (if available and booked).
    This place is the most central place you can find in Canberra! It is in front of Shopping Center (less than 30 meters away), within walking distance from city bus stations (4 min walk), Murrays and Grayhound Coaches ( arriving from Sydney and Melbourne, 8 minutes walking distance), ANU (8 minutes walk) and some museums around. The apartment is super clean and all the furniture are purchased in March 2019!

    This apartment is set up as two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed which can be split into two king singles. The second - originally a study - has a comfortable queen bed, but no external window. Each bedroom has a small study desk so you can work away from the lounge. The kitchen has everything you need to self cater, and there is a separate laundry with washer, dryer, and ironing facilities. There is a common area roof top lounge to relax in. There is one dedicated parking space on B2 with carpark entry from Rabaul Lane (2m clearance).
    The neighbourhood has a terrific nightlife, but can be fairly quiet during the day on the weekend. There is a new building going up next door, so there is some construction noise Monday-Saturday inclusive.

If you wish to venture outside the homely confines of the precinct- Floriade (Sept-Oct), ANU, Parliament House & many tourist attractions are all within walking distance.
    You have exclusive access to the apartment during your stay. There is a key lockbox for easier check-in and check-out, and your own dedicated underground car park is adjacent to lifts, which take you to the 10th floor where the apartment is located. The Nishi Building has an energy efficiency rating of 8, with a solar passive design, cross ventilation and thermal mass insulation. These features keep the apartment cool in Summer without the need for unnatural air conditioning! Even the apartment’s heating is rarely needed, except on those particularly chilly Canberra winter nights. BEDROOM: This studio-type apartment has a queen-sized Murphy bed topped with fresh linen that is professionally cleaned and pressed for your stay. It has a concierge, secure lifts, it is very quiet and the perfect place to for a work, family or holiday stay. The apartment is well maintained and has everything you could want.
    The apartment has a comfy bed and a spacious bedroom that is quiet and private. The living area is quite spacious with a cosy TV area that has a pullout sofa bed. The dining area is generous and has a table that can seat four. The kitchen has microwave, full sized fridge, granite bench tops, lots of cupboards and is fully equipped. The apartment also has a FULL laundry so you can wash and dry your clothes. The apartment has WiFi and a TV. The building has: Security Concierge Gym Pool Reading Room Roof Top BBQ Half Tennis Court
    The neighbourhood offers great shopping, the Casino, Glebe Park at the end of the street and the Lake Foreshore a 10 minute walk or even shorter bike ride away. You will have one FREE and SECURE CAR PARKING space in the Wilson parking. Short walk to national cultural attractions, Australian National University and our beautiful Lake Burley Griffin.
    SELF CONTAINED APARTMENT: The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with a good range of cooking utensils, and a supply of coffee, tea & sugar and basic condiments. We supply top class towels and linen, and also bath lotion and shampoo as well. There are several restaurants and bars in the New Acton precinct, from family to high-end. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in several places. Monster, on the ground floor in Ovolo Nishi, has a take-away service called Chop Chop for substantial gourmet snacks. (Love their hand-cut chips!) Makeshift at the bottom of the grand Nishi staircase is a great place for breakfast, brunch or lunch. Parlour is wonderful for drinks, tapas and intimate dinners. (Or you can buy meals and wine by the bottle from Parlour to take to the apartment.) A new breakfast/lunch place 'Morning Glory' has opened at the start of spring. They aim to make going out for breakfast as special as going out for dinner. Over sixty restaurants with a large variety of food styles will home deliver to Nishi apartments, via local services, Menulog, Uber Eats and Deliveroo. The big-sky and mountain views from our balcony are some of the best in the national capital. When you open the front door, you'll look right along the hallway to a unique vista of undisturbed Australian bushland – ‘the bush’– on Black Mountain. If it's a sunny autumn, winter or spring afternoon, the sunlight will be streaming in from the west. If it's overcast or raining, the balcony will still be cosy and quiet. New Acton now has an electric car charging station. The chargers have a Mennekes socket (type 2 , IEC 62196-2) and can supply up to 22kW of power, meaning an average charging time of 1 - 4 hours from empty to full for your EV (depending on the EV model).
    Nishi Building locates in New Acton, left of Centre and right by Lake, one fine place to live, work and just be. A wide range of restaurants and bars are just within 2 mins walk. ANU, the Australian’s best university is just on the other side of the street. One the bottom level of the building is the Palace Electric Cinema, which was recently presented with The People’s Choice Award for‘ ‘Canberra’s Favourite Entertainment Venue’, for the third year running.     The Lakeview apartment is located within the Acton precinct with tready restaurants, bar, cinema and art gallery. The iconic lake burley griffin is just couple of minutes walk away.

  • È abbastanza vicino al centro della città dove stanno accadendo le cose! tutti i luoghi famosi / conosciuti erano abbastanza vicini (specialmente quando hai un veicolo da guidare in giro per 5 ~ 10 minuti). alcuni caffè pittoreschi e incantevoli parchi intorno al quartiere se sei pronto per passeggiare. Ottimo per chi viaggia da solo in quanto il luogo è accogliente e confortevole.

  • Keldon era un ospite incredibilmente caldo e accomodante che manteneva un appartamento perfettamente pulito. L'appartamento è ben posizionato, a soli cinque minuti in auto dal parlamento e da altre strutture. Lo consiglio vivamente a più considerando una visita.

    Close to shops only 5 min walk, free parking and I live close to bush walking tracks. There is a bus stop out the front so getting the bus to the city is simple. Great cafe's at the local shops but is quite cold in Winter. I have a cat also.
    Watson is a bush suburb with a sleepy vibe.

    Almost New Duplex Apartment in the heart of Canberra on the 8th and 9th floor with lift access and entrance key tags. The building is placed in a great location having easy access to Glebe park and Turner parkland as well as Canberra museum and gallery and shopping centres. Surrounded by restaurants, food courts and shops within walking distance. There is free on-street parking in front of the apartment at night (likely available), covered parking is 15$ per night (if available).
    One and half bathroom and a large open kitchen equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. Tea, coffee and sugar as well as breakfast material like muesli, milk and egg are provided for guests. Also you may use cooking facilities if not want to eat out. Linens on the bed are fresh and perfectly clean to have a nice and peaceful rest time. Large balcony with a breathtaking view to Mount Ainslie; where you can enjoy wonderful evening having a cup of coffee and chilling. One hour early check in or late check out is fine but you can have more with very little extra charge.

    Private room with Double Bed, Built in wardrobe and Desk and Chair in a three bedroom Apartment. A quiet and peaceful place, one block away from Northbourne Avenue, Close to the city centre, ANU Campus, restaurants and dining. You’ll love my place because of the location and the people. Washing and drying machines as well as other amenities are included for guests’ needs. (I am looking for a long term tenants here as well but have listed it on airbnb in the meantime.)
    The place is delightful for couples, memorable for solo adventurers, and comfortable for business travellers. Great location with nice neighbours nearby. Anytime check-in and check-out flexibility (As long as there is a 3-hour period in the middle of the day for cleaning the apartment for new guests, you have the flexibility to be there or leave anytime you want)

    Nice and cozy room with a large wardrobe, fast NBN Internet, wifi, heater, desk, central cooling/heating system, double glazed windows, very quiet and peaceful. The house has two sets of bathrooms/toilets. It is 6 minutes walking distance from one of the best shopping centres in Canberra. In fact, Woolworth in Dickson shop is the only large supermarket that is open until midnight. There are plenty of restaurants and other shops just next to the Woolworth. The house has been renovated recently!

  • Il posto di Dana, in breve, è molto. La stanza è luminosa e come pubblicizzata, e la posizione è comoda: a 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei tram, con una stazione degli autobus dietro l'angolo della casa. Sebbene ci siano altri inquilini in casa, noterai a malapena che sono lì perché sono molto puliti e silenziosi e molto amichevoli quando li vedi.
