I love the uniqueness of the two outer concrete walls and floors and how with paint and rugs the unit feels so warm and inviting while providing safety in any potential storm or severe weather situation. The unit stays cool, has a ceiling fan and a window that can be opened. It also has an electric fireplace for heat and blankets to keep you cozy.

The neighborhood is quiet with mature trees and individual home styles. We are just minutes to Downtown Branson and the Branson Landing. Both offering great dining, shopping and attractions. This is a walk down until and requires you to travel one flight of stairs. There are two front entryways, one main entryway into the kitchen and living, and one into the front double bedroom. Both have programmed door pad locks. The backside is walkout level with an amazing view of Thousand Hills Golf Course, thousand hills lake, and parts of the 76 strip including the Branson Ferris Wheel in the winter and fall. 1/4 mile from the 76 strip. There is a Keurig and a regular coffee pot in the kitchen, so you may bring ground or k-cups. Check in the red canisters for coffee filters and coffee condiments. The refrigerator does not make ice so it is suggested to bring a bag of ice if needed or purchase a bag at the Price Chopper grocery store nearby.

This 1 bedroom 1 bath condo has been updated throughout with contemporary exposed cedar siding décor and is a fantastic option to settle into while you enjoy Branson, the Pointe Royale amenities, or just your family and friends' company. It comfortably sleeps 4 on the queen and sofa bed, and you can stretch a few other kids in there if you want. We try to equip the condo with things that would make our own family vacations easier, so you will find plenty of coffee, a basically stocked kitchen, a washer/dryer and detergent, and cable TV and Wi-Fi internet. This condo is top floor unit with stairs to access. The condo is on the third floor with a unit below it. This condo is also unique in that we also own the condos next door and above this unit, allowing you rent 1, 2, 3 or 4 adjacent condos, allowing from 12 to 24 guest. GENERAL Our condos have features to make your visit easier and more enjoyable, including: -Cable TV and internet with WIFI. -Large flat screen TV’s in the living areas, and additional TV’s in both bedrooms. -Convenient and safe access at the entry door, using a keypad lock. -Coffee makers, and we provide the coffee, sugar and creamer, so you can wake up and brew a pot to start the day. -Black out curtains and shades over the windows and patio doors, in case you’d rather sleep in. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS We have the condo listed as sleeping 6, although there are only 4 spots for people to sleep in beds and which we provide bedding for (which are 2 in each bedroom and the sleeper sofa). However, we our family travels with small children and realize that limiting the number of guests to “adults sleeping in beds” may not be realistic with travelling families, so have opted to allow more guests should that meet your needs better. MASTER BEDROOM The master bedroom features a queen bed with comfy mattress, long staple cotton sheets and pillows, a flat screen TV with cable, an open closet, direct access to the master bathroom and laundry area. HALL BATHROOM The hall bathroom is accessed from the main living area hallway and by the master bedroom and features a bathtub/shower, shampoo, conditioner and bath soap, a single sink vanity, hand soap, towels and toilet and toilet paper. LAUNDRY AREA The laundry area is located between the master bedroom and bathroom and has a stacking washer/dryer, and we provide laundry detergent and dryer sheets for you to use during your stay. KITCHEN The kitchen is open to the living and dining area, and features the dishes and glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, a refrigerator, range, dishwasher, and a coffee maker (we provide the coffee and filters). DINING AREA The dining area is open to the kitchen and living spaces and features a dining table and chairs for 2 guests. LIVING AREA The living area is open to the dining space, and features a sleeper sofa, coffee table, end tables, and a 65” flat screen tv with cable, and has direct access to the outside deck through the sliding patio doors. OUTSIDE DECK The outside deck looks over the pool and courtyard area and features a table with 2 chairs for guests. PROPERTY AMENITIES The condo is at Pointe Royale, which is a premier gated golf village.
