OVERVIEW: A beautifully furnished self-contained annex in the garden of our old thatched home. Originally built as a victorian laundry, the accommodation has been lovingly converted, to comprise of a large bedroom, equipped kitchenette-dressing area, and bathroom with shower, fluffy towels and selection of toiletries. The furnishings are classic traditional and unfussy, with oak cabinetry, a cafe table and pair of armchairs, and antique dresser, and many designer details. The curtains are thick and warm, the cottage dark and very quiet, so a good rest is hopefully assured. MEDIA & ACTIVITIES: The cottage has wi-fi, flat screen tv and dvd with freesat, and an extensive library of films, books, OS maps and music is available for your use. We are very familiar with the area, so can help with journey planning and finding luscious pubs. Also, a picnic hamper, rug, chairs and sun umbrella are available for days out. Please simply ask if need anything. SLEEP: We have furnished the property with possibly the most sumptuous comfy bed! VSpring with feather topper and squidgy feather pillows and duvet layers in 600 thread count luxurious linens, and soft throws. Equally cosy hypoallergenic bedding is available upon request. ADDITIONAL GUESTS: There is plenty of room for a travel cot- extra bed available here, such as if you are travelling with your baby or older child, simply ask. PETS: Pets are welcome by prior consent. Also, please be mindful of ours, as we have 2 dogs and a cat. They are very friendly, are never in guest rooms and can be kept in the main home as you may want and need. BREAKFAST: Tea, coffee, juices and nibbles will be provided. A continental breakfast, including selection of fresh breads and fruits, cereals, cheeses and yoghurts, will be available in your room, or optionally a full English or American is available upon request, in your room or the dining room. Little extras can be arranged, such as vase of flowers or bubbly to mark an occasion upon arrival, so please enquire.
We live away from the main road in a peaceful central village location with trees and relaxing cottage garden to enjoy, near the church and down the lane from village green and hall. There is ample space to park your car off-road. Lovely scenery, friendly gentle village w/ sense of community, near to several interesting places. I've simply always felt so @ home, cosy and comfortable here!

    A truly amazing floating tree house set in a spectacular private location in beautiful Dorset countryside. Tastefully decorated with everything you need for a cosy, romantic break. Mains power, heating, stereo, hot and cold water, outdoor toilet and showers. A basic kitchen with a double hob, and everything you need, a fire-pit, BBQ and a bed with far reaching views. Simply an incredible and unique space for a romantic getaway. You will need to bring bedding, towels, and charcoal.
    Built in the trees on top of a bank with a great view. Peaceful, purposefully basic, but has everything you actually need, to have a cosy romantic time. We have uninstalled wifi so you can actually enjoy talking to each other and listening to music on the sound system, being in nature and de-stressing. Feel free to walk around the site and see deer and great woodland to enjoy. You are only 2 minutes drive away from shops and great pubs if you need anything. Please be aware the toilet is situated just outside of the Treehouse.
    Beautiful, sunny Bournemouth is only a 20-minute drive away, Poole is only 10 minutes. There are plentiful walks and country pubs nearby to choose from, and we’re only 20 minutes from the scenic Jurassic coast. Monkey World is only 20 minutes away, which is a MUST! Our unique field is a great base that's within easy reach of numerous things to see and do.

    A new log cabin built autumn 2015 in its own grounds and completely private, overlooking heathland where horses and cattle roam freely 6 months of the year. It's next to farmland with a fishing lake nearby. Great for walks and enjoying the outdoors. Renting the log cabin is based on two guests sharing, any additional guest pays a complimentary fee.
    The log cabin is spacious, cosy and comfortable. The sofa in the lounge also converts to a double bed , so up to 6 people can to stay. The cabin sits in an exclusive paddock of one acre surrounded by field, woods and heathland. It is a haven for wildlife. Guests can enjoy the grounds where there is a trampoline, swings and can also enjoy cooking and eating outdoors. There is also a coarse fishing lake in the adjacent farm.
    It's location makes the cabin very unique. Its a rural retreat. No neighbours (except the cows,horses, deer and squirrels!) Great for wild life and being close to nature. Completely secluded with a beautiful view of the grounds. A great escape from the city! The Cross Keys pub, which is within walking distance, offers good food. There is also a good selection of country pubs nearby. There are excellent restaurants, pubs in the towns previously mentioned, as well as theatres and nightlife. We have wonderful beaches in Bournemouth and Poole. Close by, we have Potterns Park in Verwood and Moors Valley Country Park. Great for outdoor activities with the family and friends.

  • Bella cabina con una doccia sorprendentemente buona! Luisa era molto accogliente e le uova fresche delle sue galline erano deliziose. L'unica cosa che era un po 'pelosa era la pista per scendere in cabina, che comprensibilmente diventa piuttosto fangosa in inverno (siamo andati alla fine di un novembre umido) quindi potrebbe essere un po' una sfida se non hai un 4x4.

    * In light of the Covid 19 health emergency, I’d like to reassure my guests that I have a very high standard of cleanliness and I clean all surfaces, the bathroom and kitchen with hot water and bleach including the cupboard handles, window furniture, door handles, light switches, soap dispenser and washing up liquid bottle and tv remote control. We are positioned in the muddle of the countryside where you don’t have to come into contact with anybody else if you don’t wish to. *Length of stay discounts automatically apply to stays of 3 nights or more and increases the more nights that are booked with 15% off weekly bookings (7 nights). * Late booking discounts. *No extra cleaning fee charged. Situated on the north/west side of the New Forest National Park, a very short drive from the historic market towns of Fordingbridge and Ringwood, ‘Maurietty’ offers an idyllic place to relax and unwind. Located away from roads and a short way along a forest track, it is set on the edge of our 3 ½ acre grounds approximately 100 metres from our house (which is out of view). Stunning south facing views across our paddocks and countryside beyond. However you are not isolated here - there is quick and easy access to all main roads for visitors to explore the many villages, towns, cities and beaches that Hampshire, Dorset and Wiltshire have to offer (if you can tear yourself away from your little retreat!). There is a footpath at the back of our house which goes along the edge of our paddocks which is the best route to take to Hockeys Farm Shop and cafe, and The Royal Oak Pub is a 20 minute walk away (left out of our gates to bottom of track and turn right). There is another café 'The Potting Shed' in Hyde which is approx. a 15/20 minute walk across the common (left out of our gates, up track a short way and take first right at 'Gorley Firs' which will take you up onto the common). This shepherd's hut offers character and comfort in spades. The little bijou beauty is like a tardis offering a warm and cosy retreat. Inside the fully insulated bespoke hut you'll find all the comforts you would expect from luxury self-catering accommodation. A bathroom with 800x800 shower, wc, wash basin and electric ladder radiator. A kitchenette with belfast sink, microwave, cafetiere, kettle, toaster, electric cooking/frying pan, small chiller fridge, all cutlery and crockery and electric radiator. The 4'6" double bed is built in across one end of the hut with storage underneath, a window and tv with built in freesat and dvd player for those british rainy days when you might want to tuck up and get cosy and watch a film. South facing double french doors flood the hut with sunshine on brighter days and provide a beautiful view out across open fields. Outside there is a designated parking space right next to the hut and an outdoor seating area looking out at the view. Access to the property is via an electric gated entrance for which you will be provided with a code. The site once formed part of Ibsley RAF base during World War II. The block of stables that you look out onto is the old latrine block and a couple of Stanton air raid shelters are in the paddock. Literally to the rear of the hut is the open New Forest. Horse riders frequently go by as well as wildlife such as the New Forest ponies, cattle, donkeys, deer, foxes, badgers and an abundance of birds such as buzzards which are often seen circling above the trees during the summer months. Award- winning farm shop and cafe that also offers bike hire 0.5 mile (follow the footpath that starts at the back corner of our property), horse riding 1 mile, watersports and fishing lakes 2 miles, thatched pub with restaurant 1 mile (15/20 minute walk). Ringwood (with a Waitrose, Lidl and Sainsbury's) 5 miles and Fordingbridge (with a Co-op and Tesco Express) 2.5 miles. ****If the dates you would like to book won't fit into the booking calendar then please send me a booking request and I will try to accommodate you. ****Unfortunately we don’t allow dogs in the hut. ****Please have a look through the ‘house rules’ and it’s important you follow my directions to find us easily. ****Please note that WiFi can be unreliable due to our countryside location despite the area recently having fibre optic broadband installed! It’s something we’ve learnt to live with. We can always pick up 3G or 4G.

    The Barn is a delightful studio apartment, situated next to our family home in the quaint village of Burley, New Forest. Recently refurbished, the barn features an open plan living, kitchen and sleeping area with its own private entrance and small outside space with eating area and space for a BBQ. It is a truly fantastic base for you to enjoy what the national park has to offer; including walking, bike riding, horse riding, or exploring the beaches of the south coast.
    Inside, the barn features a full kitchen which includes an oven, hob, microwave and tea/coffee making facilities. A choice of eating areas either at the breakfast bar or at the dining area table. There is a comfortable sitting area with Smart TV, wireless internet and whole range of DVD’s, books, board games - something for every one to enjoy. Our guests can enjoy a cosy reading corner with high back chair and a overhead lamp. There is also a self-contained shower room which features a sink, toilet and freestanding shower.
    The Barn is surrounded by woodland, and just 100 meters from open new forest heathland, with spectacular views reaching towards the Purbecks. This is an amazing spot for a picnic glass of wine or a beer and watch one of the best sunset views in the new forest over the moor. We have picnic blankets and hamper for our guests to enjoy as they wish. We regularly have deer and horses outside the gates grazing which our guests love to see. The village is a 15 min walk through the woods in both directions which loop around to make a really nice distance stroll, with a pub or cafe break in the middle. The village has a couple of country pubs perfect for a nice meal and drink, and a selection of quirky shops. Just 3 miles down the road is the Market Town of Ringwood with a range shops and supermarkets.

    Barn on the Green is a delightful converted barn which takes the idea of the 'boutique break' and makes it a reality. Recently refurbished, the barn features its own entrance and ample parking should you wish to drive. Inside, the downstairs of the barn features a full seperate kitchen which includes a hob, combi oven/microwave, washing machine and tea and coffee making facilities. There is also a large storage room downstairs which features a log burning stove (please see 'other things to note' for log fee info) and two armchairs, plus large opening doors which open to a small seating area outside. The upstairs of the barn is where the luxury element to your stay truly kicks in, with a large open plan room featuring a freestanding bath at the end of the truly comfortable double bed. There is also a seperate self contained ensuite which features a sink, toilet and freestanding shower. The main bedroom upstairs also includes a flatscreen smart television which can be enjoyed from the sofa. The barn is light and airy during the warmer months and can be snug and secure during the winter. The perfect retreat all year round. Doggies are more than welcome at Barn on the Green, we have a small fenced area for them at the front of the barn. Prior to your arrival please indicate to us if you are bringing a dog and how many. We take a £10 cash in hand fee for EACH dog staying which we take upon arrival - this is for cleaning. Upon arrival guest are provided with a basket full of treats and milk in the fridge.
    The New Forest National Park is a truly beautiful location which has the best of both worlds, the country and the sea! Nearby attractions include the Georgian sailing town of Lymington which features designer boutiques, great pubs and fine dining. The open forest is also on the doorstep and makes for great exploring territory. The village of Pilley boast a great local pub, The Fleur de Lys which is less than a 10 minute walk from Barn on the Green. Neighbouring village 'East Boldre' also has a great pub, The Red Lion which is less than 10 minutes away by car. There are many villages to explore within the New Forest and we would be happy to recommend our favourites to you. One of our nearest villages is called Brockenhurst and this has a main railway station with direct links to great destinations for a day trip out. Weymouth and Bournemouth are all great places that have direct trains to them. There are also trains direct to the nearby town of Southampton (all the big shops here) and also there are direct trains to London Waterloo.

    COVID-19. We are doing our utmost to protect our guests and we want you to feel confident that your stay here in the Bothy will be as safe as we can possibly make it. We are washing all our bedding, dressing gowns, towels and tea cloths at 60 degrees rather than our usual 40 degrees. The Hot Tub as always will be maintained as per regulation standards. I hope these extra precautionary measure reassure our guests. All surfaces will be cleaned with disinfectant spray prior to your arrival and for now bars of soap will be used. For now we are not supplying multi use hair shampoo or shower gel. I hope these extra precautionary measure reassure our guests. Beautiful detached cottage situated in a quiet lane within the New Forest, Ideally situated as a lovers hideaway, a place to unwind and relax or for couples to enjoy the surrounding National Park.
    The Bothy is situated on a quiet New Forest lane where ponies, cattle and donkeys roam freely past the gate, Fordingbridge has a supermarket, several pubs including a riverside one and lots of little shops, the town itself is 1.5 miles from The Bothy. Within walking distance from the cottage are several pubs and restaurants. There is a local leisure center offering swimming and cycle hire.

    Modern 2 double bed apartment within a few minutes walk of the popular Sandy beaches of Bournemouth and Boscombe. Walking distance to local shops and restaurants. Modern decor with dining table and chairs, washing machine, fridge/freezer and oven. Free wifi included.
    Modern 2 bedroom apartment, both with double beds, wardrobes and chests of drawers. There is an open plan lounge/kitchen which has a corner double sofa and separate chair, dining table with 4 chairs and side tables. The kitchen area comes with fitted oven with hob, washing machine, fridge freezer and washing machine. A microwave, toaster and kettle are also included along with the cutlery and crockery. All bedding supplied along with towels and various other essentials. There are some basics also including bread, milk and teas and coffee. Now with free WIFI connection included.
    Within approximately half a mile of Boscombe pier and the sandy beaches this is an ideal location for a relaxing sea side break. Shops are within a couple of minutes walk and a very popular restaurant is located directly opposite with many other places to eat close by. There are plenty of local supermarkets and high street shops within a few minutes walk of the apartment along with lots of local restaurants and a variety of take aways too. The seafront and Bournemouth town centre are 5-10 minutes away by bus/car with lots to see and day/night entertainment. Bournemouth has some great events including the Wheels festival and the famous 4 day air show. Firework displays from the piers take place during various times of the year also. A wide variety of restaurants and evening entertainment are available in Bournemouth. The Jurassic coast is within easy reach and if you don't have your own transport, bus tours can be taken from Bournemouth to make sure you don't miss out on the spectacular coast line. The beautiful New Forest is a welcome contrast for when the sun bathing gets too much only half an hour away with its tranquil pubs and wild ponies.

  • Io e il mio compagno siamo stati benissimo. Buona posizione, non lontano dalla spiaggia, buoni ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Lo studio in sé è molto semplice ma ha tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno.     This is a 4-bedroom 3 floor town house . There are two bed rooms on the first floor and two bed rooms on the top floor. The small double room is on the top floor. There is a shower room on this floor.You will share the shower room with the other person The small double room is furnished with a standard double bed and a brand new memory foam mattress.There are wardrobe, desks ,chairs ,tea ,coffee kettle..Toiletries in your room for your use and hair dryer and iron are also offered The room is very private and secure with a lock on the door. Privacy is paramount, so I’m there if you need me, if not I’ll leave you to relax and enjoy your stay.
    There are a lot of interesting places to visit in the town and surrounding area: Oceanarium Bournemouth, Russell-Cotes Art Gallery & Museum, Pavilion Theatre, Bournemouth Pier, RockReef, Brownsea Island , Old Harry Rocks and so on .

  • Mi è piaciuto il mio soggiorno a Bournemouth, anche grazie alla stanza di Lisa. Tutto era come descritto e descritto. Ho avuto lenzuola, asciugamani e persino un bollitore nella mia camera per fare il tè (che era anche fornito). Per lo più avevo il bagno tutto per me, anche se era condiviso. Tutto era super pulito e ho dormito abbastanza bene sul grande letto.     The apartment is in the very heart of Bournemouth town center, but surprisingly very quiet with only the squawk of seagulls to awaken you. You will be 4 minutes walk from shops, banks, bars & restaurants and 10 minutes walk from Bournemouth Pier & miles of sandy beaches. Lansdowne campus is an 8 minute walk, local buses can be caught 2 minutes from the flat, including to train & coach stations. Free parking is provided. PLEASE NOTE ... OVER 16 YEARS OLD ONLY
    The apartment is situated in a gated development and a secure Fob will allow entrance through the gates and main doors. There are beautifully landscaped gardens for you to enjoy and private parking if needed. There is a lock up garage, if you wish to leave a bicycle/motorbike or if you are a long stay guest, a place to store your unused suitcases rather than in your room. The room is a large double with a combination of a standard double bed and a 3 seater Futon that clicks down to another double bed. There is a single wardrobe with hangers and a writing bureau with drawers and cupboard space beneath. There is a combination safe in the room. In-room coffee & tea facilities are available on request for those more nocturnal guests. Weekend check-out is 11am.. this is so you may enjoy a leisurely brunch before starting your onward journey.
    The Square is 5 minutes walk from the apartment and is the central meeting point for a lot of people looking to explore the surrounding area by bus. From there you can take buses to Swanage, Poole, Boscombe and Southbourne, not forgetting the train & national coach depo, though they are both a 15/20 minute walk from the apartment.

    Peer into the past in this tastefully revitalised flat. The historical residence showcases original period features, rustic modern finishes, neutral tones throughout, cosy furnishings, and a bright open lounge space.
    The space is a character Victorian flat giving a sense of spaciousness and charm. Both rooms have large bay windows overlooking the front garden area. The kitchen/diner area is fully fitted with oven, microwave etc and a breakfast bar to enjoy meals together. The lounge area has TV, 3 seater sofa and comfy arm chair to sit and relax after a full day of sightseeing. The bedroom has a comfy double bed with postrapedic mattress, and fully fitted ensuite shower room. **please note - there is no permitted parking on the drive because it is owned by the flat upstairs. There is plentiful free parking along Iddesleigh rd 24hrs a day.
    The accommodation is a minute's walk from Charminster high street, home to great restaurants and take-aways. It is also close to the main train station, Bournemouth town centre, beautiful beaches, and the Jurassic coast.

This large flat has six bedrooms, a large first floor kitchen dinner and a ground floor lounge and conservatory. There is one bathroom and a further WC. The property is to be redeveloped in six months. It is in an acceptable but not mint condition. No linen, duvets and some pillows provided. Basic cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery, gas hob , microwave, TV monitor.
    REVIEW: “Place was perfect for a weekend trip down to Bournemouth with friends. I went with a group for Bournemouth 7s festival and it was ideal for what we needed. A place to crash and have a few drinks before heading out. John is helpful and replies quickly and is usually flexible about check-in / check-out times which was ideal.” On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, a small double/single, and on the second floor large double with up to 2 singles and a second room with 2 singles, all singles are matresses only. The second floor are accessed via paddle stairs so not suitable for very young children. There is a large secluded rear garden, parking on the forecourt and street parking is available. Part of the ground floor and patio area are occupied by a separate flat, and two cats There are about 8 Duvets and a few pillows mostly in reasonable but used condition. You need to bring sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases and towels. The kitchen has basic cutlery, crockery, pans, dishes glassware, There is a charcoal Bar b que. The property is in a good residential area 2.8 miles from Bournemouth Pier.Great location and a very good garden.
    Charminster is a really cool part of Bournemouth with local shops and a real mix of pubs and restaurants. The property borders Queens park which is great for kids, dogs and golf.

    A quiet medium sized bedroom with a double bed . There is a large bathroom across the hall, shared with 1 other guest . There is a kitchen And living/dining room for guests. The house is on Charminster road, a few minutes walk from Cemetery Junction, so very handy for the town centre, university and train and bus stations. Check-in is between 2 and 9 pm ideally but I can be flexible.
    The house is in a great position with Cemetery junction and buses to the town centre, station, university and hospital on one side and the multicultural shops and restaurants of Charminster road a minute away on the other side. There is a Tesco mini supermarket very close by.
    It's very central but because it's opposite the cemetery and it has a very big and wild backgarden it has a country feel to it.

    The room is 2.3metres by 3.1 metres with everything you will need in it for a room only stay as offered and priced It's furniture is built into the room to provide a large desk area, with 5 drawer unit under and full height wardrobe with lots of hangers and storage shelves over . The built in desk means that this is built over the very end of the bed - see photograph. There are also 7 smaller drawers next to the bed and a bookcase. Storage space is available under the bed for luggage/shoes etc. The room has a single comfortable bed and chair in it. The desk overlooks a lovely garden view. There are extra blankets for colder months and a summer quilt spare in the wardrobe for warmer months . we can offer 2 medium towels though it maybe advisable to also bring your own This room is next to a bathroom. We have 3 full bathrooms in our house - and there are just four of us plus one guest, so bathroom access is good for all if all are functioning well & we have no other family or friends staying with us.
    Our house is in a quiet residential area of Bournemouth, a beach resort on England's sunny south coast, which enjoys it's own balmy micro-climate (thank you, Gulf Stream!) . http://www.holiday-weather.com/bournemouth/averages/ Bournemouth is, in our opinion, is one of the best places in the UK to live & visit. There is everything here - 7 miles of golden sands, beautiful countryside, shopping, entertainment and night-life for all tastes and ages. It also and makes a perfect base for exploring southern England and beyond. Our house is within the quiet and historic Talbot Park neighbourhood, close to the campus of Bournemouth University. There are a host of cafes, bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The town is a well known centre for the teaching of English, with the visiting overseas students of its many language schools giving the town a cosmopolitan air. The town of Bournemouth is a fairly affluent & gentle town with low crime and plenty of green, open spaces. Its beach is rightly famous – 7 miles of immaculately maintained sands with safe bathing, lots of amenities and a perfect English seaside picture postcard Victorian pier. Our beach hut is a 10 minute drive or bus ride away from our house and a five minute walk from the pier. It has everything you need for a relaxing day at the beach, including chairs, loungers, table and (of course) buckets & spades. There’s even a small stove to make a lovely cup of tea.     Our home is very relaxed and love welcoming people from all walks of life into it. The rooms are ideally situated within a 20 minute walk of the o2 academy in Boscombe or a very short bus/taxi ride, which makes them ideal for music lovers. We are located on the central bus route into Bournemouth, New Forest National Park is only 15/20 mins drive away or you can get a train to Brockenhurst train station and rent bicycles. We are located close to J P Morgan.
    The space is a large triple room with all the facilities you need desk, tv, DVD player, you're welcome to borrow from my DVD library. The room comfortably fits 3 people.
    There's a vintage emporium only 2 doors away and some fantastic individual shops. The beach is under a 20 minute walk, the restaurants here cater for every cuisine you can think of.

    The apartment is situated in the quiet location of Meyrick Park, about a 20 minute walk from the centre of Bournemouth and a short walk to the train & bus stations. There is on street parking in a non-restricted zone. The room has wardrobe space, chest of drawers, full length mirror, plus 24" Samsung TV, WIFI and a full hospitality tray of free tea ( including herbal ) and coffee. Guests will have the use of a bathroom, which is sometimes shared with another guest bedroom.
    I'm located in the Meyrick Park area of Bournemouth, which is about a 20-30 minute walk to Bournemouth's blue flag beaches.
    Bournemouth town centre has a lot to offer, and as an alternative Charminster, which is a 10 minute walk offers a cosmopolitan mix of bars and restautants.

    A self contained annexe which has been tastfully decorated and has patio doors leading on to a private decked area. We are close to beautiful river walks, public transport, restaurants and pubs, Bournemouth airport, the New Forest and the beach. You’ll love my place because it's private and cosy and ideal for couples.
    The annexe is separate from the house with its own front door, kitchen, bedroom with a luxurious king size bed, shower room and lounge. It has patio doors leading on to a small pretty decked area. There is a step into the annexe with a grab rail Please note NO CHILDREN/BABIES or PETS Make sure you have read and agree to the House Rules before you book There is plenty of parking in the drive - either side of the tree or in front of the garage. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF THE ANNEXE
    We are in Northbourne on the outskirts of Bournemouth, 7 miles from the town centre. It's approx a 20 min drive by car to the centre & beach. Bus stops are nearby for Bournemouth & Poole. There is a Tesco express 5 mins away and the best Fish & Chip shop around (Harlees) as well as lovely pub/restaurants nearby. Bournemouth airport is 3.4 miles Bournemouth university is 2.9 miles Parley Manor is 2 miles * Please note that we are not in walking distance of the Town Centre.

    A lovely, well maintained, nicely furnished two bedroom apartment ten minutes walk from Bournemouth town centre in the sought after Westbourne area of town. The apartment benefits from one small space for a small car on the forecourt and also free on street parking and all mod cons such as internet, smart TV in the lounge and Freeview TV in the master bedroom. Two bathrooms, one ensuite, the other with bath and separate shower. Large fully fitted kitchen space and all utilities required.     Our apartment has all the comforts of home and is located in a fantastic, quiet area of Bournemouth close to the beach and all other amenities. The Town Centre, Historic Gardens and Award Winning Beach are all within a short walk and there is a local food store just over the road. It's great for couples or single travelers. We aim to make our place comfortable and welcoming and we have many returning guests.
    Our apartment offers a double bedroom with a luxurious duck feather and down duvet and blackout blinds for a comfortable nights sleep. We can provide a travel cot if required. There is a smart TV on the wall. The living area offers comfortable sofa’s and a table and chairs for eating or working at. There is TV, DVD player and a Bluetooth speaker. The kitchen with breakfast bar is perfect for getting your morning coffee or making a lunch to take out. We keep stock of the basics such as tea, coffee, salt, pepper, olive oil and provide kitchen towels and washing up sponge and liquid. You have a private bathroom with shower and towels are provided along with shower gel, shampoo and bubble bath! You can cook a meal or have some great food delivered by Deliveroo or Uber Eats who offer meals from over 27 local resaurants including Pizza Express, Prezzo, Koh Thai, TGI Fridays and many more.
    The apartment is in the quiet but fantastic location of Bournemouth's East Cliff. Perfect for lazy days on the beach or visiting Bournemouth centre and Gardens. All within easy reach on foot. You will love the private parking and the fact the apartment is set well back from the road so it is really safe and you will get a great night's sleep. The bus stops just outside for the town centre or Poole and there is a local grocery store within a minutes walk and a quiet pub if you fancy a meal or a cooked breakfast!

    Beautifully presented 1-bedroom annex accessed via our stylish 1910s property. Lounge/kitchen area, luxury shower room, double bedroom and fold out bed for a third guest. Off-street parking. The property is a 5-minute walk to the University campus, a 2-minute walk from Winton shopping centre and on the doorstep you'll find bus routes to Poole, Bournemouth and Southbourne. A 5-minute drive from the centre of Bournemouth and beaches. Winton boasts an array of cafes, bars and restaurants.
    This is a self-contained annex on the top floor of our property. Access is via a lockable door on the landing of our flat. It has a fully equipped kitchen and luxury shower room.
    Brilliantly accessible to Bournemouth, Poole and the beaches. Within 5-minutes walk of the University campus. There is an array of shops, banks, cafes, bars and restaurants on Winton High Street which is just a minute’s walk away at the end of Talbot Road. Shops include Lidl, Waitrose, Sainsbury’s Local, WH Smith, Boots, Wilkos, as well as lots of great charity shops. For food & drink locally, during the day try: The Bay Tree - one of the top rated places to eat in Bournemouth on tripadvisor. Open 9am-3pm Monday-Saturday. Wistmans - a really nice place to grab a coffee. The coffee is great too. Open 9am-5pm Monday-Friday and 10am-5pm on Saturdays. Otto Print and Coffee House - another decent place for a coffee. They sell vegan brownies! Open 8am-7pm Monday-Saturday and 9am-12am on Sundays. At night try: Bellagio - for really good Italian. Bombay Palace - for tasty Indian. Bar Buffalo - really laid back, pool tables, good beer, live music on certain nights, great burgers. It’s open 11am-11pm Sunday-Thursday and 11am-2am on Friday and Saturday. There’s also a Wetherspoon’s (The Parkstone and Heathlerlands) if you’re looking for cheap and cheerful. It’s open 8am-11pm every day.

    This beautiful apartment is located in the centre of Bournemouth and situated in the trendy West Cliff area of the town. Shops, bars and restaurants are all at your door step and a ten minute walk takes you to winner of the best beach in the south Durley Chine. The BIC Centre is a fifteen minute walk and the bus stop across the road will take you to Poole and other Dorset attractions.

A large monkey wood coffee table for eating, drinking or playing board games on. 42 inch HD smart TV with freeview & Netflix, surround sound, dimmable spot lights. Kitchen: Electric hob cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, rice cooker, juicer. A great selection of cooking utensils from asian to Italian. Tea towels, washing up liquid, tea, coffee and sugar are included. Bedroom: One double bed, built in wardrobes with hangers plus television with Freeview/Netlix.     Fantastic eateries, pubs and entertainment are literally minutes from the front door. The Times newspaper awarded Durley Chine beach its award for best beach in the south 2018 and is a ten minute walk from the flat, they wrote: The family favourite is Durley Chine-quieter than Boscombe beach but still offering ice-cream outlets,shops,cafe, pub & deckchair hire(£3).   • Ho trovato l'appartamento di Nicks molto pulito, molto accogliente. L'atmosfera era eccezionale. Questo posto è buono per neonati, bambini e coppie che vanno in ritiro. È anche un buon centro del centro della città con un sacco di ottimi posti per mangiare. Il parcheggio disponibile è un bel tocco in più e non è affatto lontano dallo spazio. Grazie per averci!

    A beautiful brand new, 1 bedroom apartment in the centre of town on one of the most desirable streets in Bournemouth. Moments from the beach, town centre, The Gardens, great local bars/cafe's/restaurants, and a 5min walk to the Hilton Hotel! The apartment is very central but high up enough that it’s very peaceful and relaxing! All complete with sea glimpses of Bournemouth’s stunning beach and pier! I hope you enjoy your stay and if you need anything or have any questions feel free to ask me!
    The apartment is brand new and on the top floor of the apartment building with sea glimpses. During the day there is a great breeze that flows into the apartment and you can hear the birds chirping away, all of which makes it feel very seaside-esq! At night it's very peaceful and quiet and you can't really hear much going on from the town centre, so you should have a great sleep!
    The neighborhood is great. The apartment is so close to the town square, which has a supermarket, shopping outlets, great bars, coffee shops and most importantly the beach! I highly recommend getting coffee and breakfast at South Coast Roast - it's one of my favourites!

Abbiamo fatto tutto a piedi e supermercato e ristoranti sono nelle immediate vicinanze. Abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per rimanere lì, usare il bagno, la cucina, per preparare un ottimo caffè nespresso e tutto il resto.     This room is in a roof conversion of our home, it has a velux window and you can watch the stars from the bed. There is a TV and DVD player. The property benefits from super fast fibre broadband. Breakfast is a DIY affair but we have tea, coffee, cereals and toast you can help yourself to. We have a dog called ashley he’s a sheltie- so think lassie but smaller. He will always love a belly rub. We believe in making our home your home so make yourself comfortable and we are happy to help.

  • Quasi la perfetta esperienza di Airbnb. C'era spazio per parcheggiare fuori strada, e sono stato molto ben accolto e ho dato la chiave per andare e venire a mio piacimento. La camera era confortevole e silenziosa, e aveva una buona selezione di tè e caffè. La colazione era molto buona, e Avril mi ha dato informazioni utili sulla zona. Purtroppo il tempo mi ha impedito di andare in spiaggia, che capisco è a pochi passi di distanza. Sarei felice di stare di nuovo con Avril.
